Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.

Take the lift to conveniently reach the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and step into this tastefully furnished 3-room holiday apartment. With 2 separate bedrooms and a living area of approximately 55 m², the apartment is perfectly suited for up to 6 people.

The modern living and dining area is always bright and filled with natural light thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows. This area consists of a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a dining table for 6 people, and a corner sofa bed (140x200 cm). From the kitchen window, you can enjoy a distant view of the Baltic Sea. Of course, there’s also a flat-screen TV in the living area for cosy evenings. Both separate bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (180x200 cm) and each has a window. One of the bedrooms features an additional TV. The large south-facing balcony in the living area treats you to sunshine all day long until early evening, and an electric grill is available to add variety to your meals. A high chair for the little ones is included free of charge as part of the standard furnishings, as are fly screens on all windows. Wi-Fi is, of course, included. A washing machine is available for your use.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. clearance height: 185 cm). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is also a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

During the season, from approximately May through September, a beach chair is reserved for you in the dog-friendly beach area on Nordstrand. The beach chair will be set up depending on seasonal weather conditions.

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? Two dogs are allowed to stay here for an additional fee.

In the nearby town centre, you’ll find several shopping options, as well as a pharmacy, bank branches, and several bakeries.
