This house is located within the award-winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. It is on N Sandlapper in the Numbers section. The porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day of fun in the sun. The house has been recently updated with new furniture, paint, and a wonderful outdoor seating area.

Items to Note:

This rental does not include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars.

Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 2 vehicles at this site. All other vehicles will need to be parked in the onsite overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

Once your booking request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for paying your deposit to hold the reservation. The payment link is only active for 24 hours. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

ocean lakes getaway

We really liked the house and the gazebo. The swing on the porch was a must for us. The location within the campground was perfect. Quiet street.

Quick beach trip

Very cute beach house. Everything was as advertised. The house was very comfortable for the three people staying there. Everything we needed was available. I would definitely stay here again.

Got to the home and immediately saw roaches in the kitchen. There was still trash from the previous family (I know Holiday delayed trash pick up). I texted our property manager and she immediately texted me back with options from finding a new rental to a full refund. We went to the pool and ran some errands. When we came back we found even more roaches in the cabinets. Again, immediately texted the property manager and she had to loop in another manager to find us a new rental.With this being my first time in Ocean lakes I was very disappointed- especially since this was already brought to the owners attention. However, the property manager went above to make sure we were taken care of up until 10pm on Sunday evening.

below expectation

biggest issue was bugs and roaches, had to go to the store to buy bug spray. appliances were outdated. The de humidifier had to run all the time... Master bathroom very similar to an RV as far space. multiple remotes for the TV. none of the TVs were set up to the right inputs. spend a lot of time getting TV set up And mitigating all the remotes, most of which were unnecessary. spoke to the owner when she dropped into put up decorations on the front porch the week I was renting.. didn't seem too concerned how about any of these issues. I have a couple rental properties myself and I always welcome this kind of feedback because most of the time you don't know it unless someone brings it to your attention.

Family vacation

The property was nice The rules of the community was a little ridiculous everyone having a 12 curfew. The property was giving fines out at 12.01 I’m an adult if I want to walk the beach the money we paid I just feel I should have been able to . The property manager was great to deal with.

Ocean Lakes Campground site 5211

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The porch and gazebo were great. I do have one suggestion and that is to provide a light weight blanket for each bed. When you’re sunburned from the beach the nights seem a little cooler. Other than that, our family had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
