The spacious home offers 2 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The living room and kitchen are open to each other and offer a nice area to relax with friends and family. The back yard is very private and includes a private dipping pool and hot tub.

You will have access to the entire house as well as the community amenities which includes a lap pool, gym and tennis court.

Puerta Azul offer resort like living with a Clubhouse, 2 pools and hot tubs, pool table, ping pong, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and bocce ball. Close by you will find PGA West which offers several world class golf courses open to the public.

The parking spaces throughout the complex are first come first serve. You can park one car in the garage as well.

Pool heat can be added for $75 per day.

The pool is serviced by a pool man on Tuesday and Friday.

Gardener comes on Monday.

Music is allowed outside from 8am-10pm. Please be mindful of volume as there are city restrictions on decibel levels outside. Violation of this rule can result in a fine which will be the responsibility of tenant.

There is a one time pet fee of $100. Max 2. No pets over 35lbs.
Music can be played outside at a reasonable volume from 7am -10pm
Smoking is allowed outside.
