What You’ll Love:

Prime Location – Walk or take the golf carts to the beach in minutes. The public beach access is a little over 2 blocks away - a 5 minute or less golf cart ride. We like to pass the Fire Station then head straight towards the ocean. The golf carts can be parked right across the street from the public beach access. They are not allowed to cross Highway 98 and can only be driven on side streets but if you wish to park on the same side as the beach access your car can be parked on the same side.

Private Heated Pool – Relax in the sun with loungers, outdoor fans & a grill.

Spacious & Stylish – Open-concept living, high-end furnishings, and plenty of space to unwind.

Incredible Restaurants – Downtown Port Saint Joe is a 10 minute drive. It has multiple restaurants we absolutely love. There is one iconic seafood restaurant close enough to take the golf carts to.





Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Suite – King Bed + Ensuite Bath

Guest Room 2 – King bed + Ensuite Bath (the bathroom also has a hallway entrance)

Guest Room 3 – 2 Queen Beds (Loft is up a more narrow/steep set of stairs as you consider who will sleep up there)

Guest Room 4 – A shared game room space with 1 Twin bed and 1 twin trundle bed underneath

Bunk Room 5 – 2 Twins over 2 Full Bunkbeds (the third full bath is next to the bunkroom and the hallway door can be closed to make the bathroom private to the bunkroom)



Parking: Large driveway fits up to 6 cars or 2 boats + a few cars—rare for beach rentals!

Getting Around:

Parking & Golf Cart Info

Due to so many large families that like to come, we have added a second golf cart for use! One is a 6-seater and the other one is a 4-seater.

2 Golf Carts Included! We don’t charge extra for their use—we want our guests to enjoy it! However, since they get a lot of use, one may occasionally need maintenance. We work hard to keep them in great condition, but if a service call is needed during your stay, we are unable to provide refunds.



Driveway Parking: Fits up to 6 cars OR 2 boats comfortably.

Street parking is strictly prohibited.



Other Things to Note:

Enjoy a perfectly heated pool—no extra fees. Pool heat is already included in your stay, keeping the water at around a comfortable 80°F. If you’d like it even warmer, we’re happy to accommodate. For an additional $50 per day, we can heat the pool beyond 80°F to your preferred temperature.



Please Note: This is a quiet neighborhood, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. We have a noise monitoring device outside that alerts both you and us if noise levels exceed acceptable limits.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Absolutely NO parties are permitted.

Our base nightly rate shown on Google or other platforms reflects the lowest seasonal price and may vary based on dates, demand, and length of stay. Final pricing is always shown before you complete your booking.



Your reservation includes accommodations for up to 4 guests. Additional guests beyond 4 are charged a per-person fee, similar to hotel pricing.



To ensure accurate pricing, please confirm that your total guest count and dates are correct before completing your reservation. Reservations cancelled due to incorrect guest counts or overlooked pricing adjustments are subject to the standard cancellation policy. Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable, as these fees are charged at the time of booking and are not returned in the event of a cancellation.
