Welcome to the luxurious 296 Marsh Cove! This impressive four bedroom coastal manor can be found along the marsh on Kiawah Island. Outside, a serene sanctuary with private saltwater pool and expansive outdoor living spaces. Inside, a designer's dream with stunningly beautiful interiors. You truly couldn't wish for more on your next island vacation!
On the main level of the home, you'll find a striking living area with tall, vaulted ceilings and carefully curated furnishings - offering the perfect place to gather after a long day of exploring gorgeous Kiawah Island. This space flows beautifully into the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and a large kitchen island, even the best home chefs will be delighted! The dining table offers seating for eight, with three more seats available at the kitchen bar. Also on the main level is an expansive primary suite, that is just as beautiful as it is spacious! With a king bed, it's own private sitting room with TV, and access to the pool deck. The en-suite features a large soaking tub, double vanities, and a standing shower.
Upstairs on the second level, there are three additional suites, along with another living space with TV to offer more options and convenience for your group. The bedrooms contain a king bed, a queen bed, and a final bedroom with a king bed plus a twin trundle daybed - all with their own private en-suite bathrooms! The king bedrooms share a lovely balcony that overlooks the lush island environment and the golf course. Downstairs, there is a bonus room with another sitting area and ping pong table.
Outside, enjoy your own little oasis. Step out onto the screened porch with seating, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sound of birds chirping in the morning and crickets in the evenings (don't forget your beverage of choice while soaking it all in). This leads out onto another open-air deck space that flows into the pool area, with more seating for your group. Imagine coming home after a day full of enjoying the sun and sand to take a peaceful dip in your private saltwater pool as the sun sets behind you. The epitome of an island getaway! The boardwalk to the beach is just a two mile bike ride away, where you'll find miles of unspoiled sandy beaches to revel in.
