Downstairs is the Master Bedroom with a King bed and full bath attached.
The garage has been enclosed as a game room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a daybed.
Upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed with a balcony.
There is a small additional corner room with a Full bed and a Twin bed - this has no windows or closets, but there is an amour for clothing storage.
Full bath in between rooms upstairs / large workspace upstairs / half bath downstairs.

This Condo is in a great location close to many restaurants and shopping areas in Hot Springs. It is right on Lake Hamilton with a dock for fishing and guests are able to rent our Pontoon Boats. There is also a large swimming pool on the property that is on for guests of the condos.
