Now at Eagles nest! You can relax and enjoy a warm water oasis in our new enclosed 7 adult HOT TUB. Sip your beverage while you enjoy the beautiful view of Waneta Lake all year round. This is a comfy cottage situated between Keuka and Seneca Lakes, right next to Waneta Lake. Relax in its expansive park like settings , lake activities, quaint villages, wineries and breweries, Skiing, ice fishing.
(Owners insect control business w/ Bed Bug detection dog, guarantees no Bed Bugs for you to rest easily. )
New enclosed Hot Tub, TV, shower, lake access, newly renovated kitchen, A/C and heat split type ductless system, two built in heaters, a private covered screened in porch.
For the Kayak enthusiasts you have access to Waneta and Lamoka Lakes. Located at the end of road and also DEC facilities between both lakes.
Dog friendly. Only dogs allowed. Dog size - no limit. 3 dog limit. All dogs must be leashed while outside on property. You are responsible to cleanup after your dog.
You are located 5 minutes from The Arrowhead, a 9 hole golf course.

Very nice cabin on large lot with nice lake view. The hosts are very accommodating and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hot tub was a nice amenity to wrap up our days touring the finger lakes.

Fantastic stay! The cottage was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable for us, and we had everything we needed and more. The location is fantastic with lots of natural beauty, quiet roads to walk our dog, and a lovely view of the lake. We visited a few local businesses and had some great BBQ but we were mostly in town for a race.
This was the view on my walk about two minutes down the road!

Great place for a weekend get away! It’s beautiful, very clean and welcoming! The fire pit and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. Very close to wineries and great restaurants!

Love this lake cottage!

This was our second stay at this cottage and we have already booked for next year! The hosts are so welcoming and friendly. When we walked in the cottage smelled so clean it was refreshing. So many nice amenities including a hot tub. Can’t beat this for a stay at lake waneta!

Great times with a great view

My wife and some friends made a trip up to the finger lakes and found this gem. The property was clean with close access to the lake. Tom and Diane were very courteous, attentive, and friendly during our week-long stay.

Adorable cozy cottage

We absolutely loved our stay here! Hosts were great !! friendly and hospitable! It was a great location for what we had planned, enjoyed the hot tub, corn hole games and the fire pit. It was peaceful and quiet and close to all the local eateries. The view of the lake was great for eating in the enclosed porch. I would definitely recommend staying here !!!!

FingerLakes get away

Very cute cottage close to wineries, lake(s), and more. The hosts were always easily reachable if needed. We had a wonderful time, although, we had to cut our stay short because of our fur baby was not doing well, and the hosts were very empathetic and understanding in regards to our situation. We would stay again, for sure.

So welcoming and personal

Diane and Tom are the nicest hosts my group has ever experienced. The personal check in with them walking you through the house and property to go over everything gave it that personal and unique feeling. They made you feel so welcomed and at home immediately. Restful retreat

This was a cute, fresh and well stocked cottage. There’s a good view of the lake and easy access to the water. We enjoyed the hot tub and the screened porch. Diane and John welcomed us upon arrival and showed us the ins and outs of the place. They are so friendly and kind! They even brought us a tasty treat- homemade by Diane! We hope we can come back another time!

We are the owners of Eagles Nest Rentals. We also own an exterminating company and we have a Bed Bug Detection Dog that inspects our properties and other properties.
We also live next door from our Vacation cottage.
We are originally from Rochester NY, moved to our beautiful 6.3 acre land with view of Waneta Lake.
Tom loves woodworking. Diane is a former Ballet school owner and dancer and also enjoys dabbling in making and selling beautiful jewelry including Turquoise, Jade, Pearls, coral, and etc. We have 19 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

Our property is close to Waneta Lake. We have a great Lake view from the kitchen, the bedroom, the closed in porch, and the enclosed Hot Tub room. We also have a large park like setting for our guest to use. It is located by beautiful, peaceful, quiet country settings.
We are Dog friendly. Limit 3 dogs. Instructions for the dogs are in the kitchen for our guest to read and follow by.
We have an exterminating company and a Bed Bug Detection dog to insure there are NO BED BUGS in the cottage for our guest to sleep easy.
