This non-smoking cottage is located 7 miles from Hammondsport on the east side of Keuka Lake. Enjoy fabulous sunsets overlooking the water or enjoy morning coffee in this peaceful setting! We are on the Keuka Lake wine trail, three golf courses within 15 miles, the Windmill market and of course all water activities at your fingertips. Parking is unlimited! Dock available for boaters-everyone that stays at this home just loves it! Book your stay today!

The perfect vacation

Very comfortable place to stay, even our pet Max learned to swim in the Lake, we cooked on the grill and also enjoyed dining out very nearby, great swimming, caught some nice fish, and plenty of time to relax on the deck !

Bestie getaway

This was a perfect property for a getaway with the bestie, and it was perfect to be able to bring my dogs! The covered deck of overlooking the lake had an amazing view of the sunset, and there is a gate to keep the dogs safe. They loved looking out over the water too!

Lake front family getaway

This cabin is in a tremendous location and has all the amenities needed for a weekend getaway in the Finger Lakes region, lots of wineries and a world class racetrack all within close proximity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

We were visiting our daughter who is on an internship in Buffalo. Even with some "not so great" weather, the house was perfect for relaxation and the views are unbelievable. Shona (host) was quick to answer my many questions and was very accommodating. Bonus is that this property is pet friendly.

Great weekend on Keuka!

Check in was very easy and welcoming! The hosts were great with our puppy. Definitely recommend, the sunsets and dock are a great bonus!

This house could really use a cleaning service. It should also provide bed linens, sheets and towels. The host and property manager were very responsive and addressed the issues to some minor problems we had when we first arrived. The mattres and box spring need to be addressed. The mattress is a queen size while the box spring is a twin size. That bedroom can also use an air conditioner. We thoroughly enjoyed the decks, dock and fire pit.

Gentlemen's weekend

A great place to be in the late fall - 1mi from LaSeurre and Weis and ~15min to Hammondsport. The deck is fantastic, nice bedrooms, solid kitchen and wow! - what a wall furnace!!! There were three of us and it worked out perfectly all around. Check in was a breeze - the welcome cookies and bottle of wine were fantastic! 10 out of 10 across the board - we'll be planning another visit here in early spring for sure.

Ladys trip

Our overall experience was wonderful. The cookies and bottle of wine was a nice welcome touch. Shona was very pleasant and extremely helpful with suggestions for breakfest and dinner options. The listing was everything it said. The view was absolutely beautiful. It was chilly for this time of year but the rental was cozy warm. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Felt out of place

We had to provide our own sheets. One of the breakers would constantly go if we tried to use the air conditioner. Only lighting in bedrooms was a lamp and one of the bulb was out. We ask for a new one but never got one. No lighting in kitchen. Told we could use any of three decks but ours was the only one available to us. Also our deck had a lot of briar bushes. Just felt we didn’t belong there. Would not stay there again.

Owner was very nice, leaving wine and cookies for our arrival and recommending local restaurants and wineries. Overall home was very nice. My only suggestions are 1) to replace old very uncomfortable mattress(s) and noisy frame. 2) have yard maintenance being done between check-ins. Heavy weed maintenance with power equipment was done on hill off of deck chased us inside off deck the first morning, second morning was awakened early to mowing outside bedroom windows. We were checking out at 11am. Should have been done after check out.

Lovely stay at Keuka Lake

We initially booked to take our teen boys and grandson over memorial weekend but had to change at the last minute due to a family emergency and the host Shona, was so gracious. As it was booked all summer, we changed to Indigenous People's weekend, but our boys had commitments so we asked adult family members for a winery weekend instead and changed from 4 nts to 3. Shona promptly refunded the one night. The home was clean and well maintained. The patio facing the lake was wonderful. Plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the gorgeous fall foliage. It was too cold to Kayak, but perhaps next visit! Shona was so nice and had delicious cookies for us upon arrival and a bottle of Keuka Lake wine!. She was only a text away if we had questions. Everything we needed to cook our meals was available in the kitchen. Her beautiful home was directly next door to the cottage. They also have a sister rental cottage next door to the one we rented for those who have more family members. Overall a lovely time was had by all.

Lake house made for a nice relaxing weekend visiting Keuka Lake wineries and microbreweries.

The cabin and property was in a great location right on the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks and a campfire at night. The only criticism would be there was only a very small space to sit by the campfire and the gas fireplace inside had a strong gas smell.
