Our lovely townhome is located just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. It's close enough to enjoy all that Music City has to offer, but far enough away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood to guarantee that you'll get a great night's sleep on our comfortable beds. There's also a large outdoor deck to enjoy gathering outside.

***This is a non-smoking unit. Violation of the non-smoking rule will result in a fee of $400. This is non-negotiable.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and the decor was so cute! The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. The landscape is also very nice. It was close to everywhere we wanted to visit in Nashville and stores in the town. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Great stay overall—exactly what we needed for our trip. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and the 2 bed/2 bath layout worked perfectly for our family, with the added bonus of a pullout couch and inflatable mattress for extra sleeping space. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed our stay. The house was very well kept and had everything you could possibly need in case you forgot. Communication was quick and helpful. Only hard thing was arrival and knowing we were in the right spot for how dark it was.

The place was SO WELL STOCKED!!! And incredibly clean! So many times, the items in the kitchen seem to be Goodwill rejects...but not with this place! Every little creature comfort that we needed was there, which really allowed us a low stress stay and saved me money. Communication was quick and full of every detail needed to make the process smooth. We were so grateful to have a comfortable place to rest after the long days we had in Nashville.

My family of 5 including 3 kids aged 13, 10 and 7 stayed here for 7 nights. Everything was as advertised from the pictures and the website. We had a daily commute to the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center and the drive was never more than 20 mins. Normal restaurants and stores were only about 5-7 mins away, so this was a very convenient location. There was minimal contact with the host during our stay, but when we did reach out, we received a response in a timely manner. There's also a sitting area outside with a picnic table as well as space in the backyard. We didn't take advantage, but it's a plus for someone to use if need be. This is definitely a place that we'd stay again the next time we visit Nashville.

We both grew up in the Tampa Bay Area but made this area part of our lives back in 2006. In addition to operating short-term rentals, we do coaching and training for mortgage loan officers to help them make more money working fewer hours. We love hiking, boating, winding two-lane drives in the convertible, and playing with our grandchildren. We work very hard to make our properties places where we would want to stay so that when you arrive, you'll have a warm and welcoming visit and be lacking for nothing. Welcome home!
