About this property

East Nashville Ranch less than 10 minutes from downtown and the Grand Ole Opry

Our home has 2 separate bedrooms (1 with a private bath), 2 separate living areas (1 upstairs and 1 down) sofa sleeper downstairs, sectional couch upstairs, laundry room, a full kitchen with counter height bar, a covered front porch, back deck, and basement access to backyard porch covered by a trellis. The back yard is wooded so there are no neighbors to the rear. The newly added hot tub is wonderful for enjoying a soak with your significant other while enjoying the private back yard. We have a TV with youtube and other streaming services upstairs and down, and wireless internet throughout the home. We also provide a welcome basket that has different items for each trip and a starter amount of coffee, tea and fixings. No need to worry about towels, soaps, etc... as these items will always be available to our guests. Our East Nashville Ranch is a less than 10 minute uber/lyft trip or drive to both downtown Nashville as well as the Opryland areas. We sincerely hope you choose to book with us!

This place was amazing. So close to all the Nashville tourist spots. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Updated home with lots of comfort and a friendly host. Will Defiently use this place again for our next trips to the area!

Perfect home base for exploring Nashville

This is a lovely property close to downtown. The house was clean and as described in the listing. The hot tub was nice. There is definitely enough space so everyone didn't feel like they were on top of each other.

Quiet and convenient

We stayed at this property for a couple nights while my daughter competed in a dance competition. It was the perfect little home base. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to Opryland and downtown. The property was well stocked with coffee, TP, even shampoo and conditioner which I appreciated. No one wants to go to the grocery store their first morning of travel! We would stay again, thank you!

Janice is a retired country singer who now stays home and manages our properties, farm, and children :) I, David, have worked in the IT industry for 24 years and am looking to retire within the next few years to help my wife full time. We love to travel and experience new places and cultures. We are parents to 2 sets of twins, 2 who are grown and on their own and the other 2 in high school. In 2015 we moved to a farm and started building it up. We currently have 4 cows, 4 sheep, 2 Great Pyrenees livestock guard dogs, 5 pigs, many chickens, and several honey bee hives. It has been really fun building our farm up and we love to share it with others so feel free to call me if you would like to visit while staying in Nashville.
