The property was perfect for our family! It was a quick walk to the beach. Our favorite part were the wonderful decks to sit outside and see the oceans The A/C worked wonderfully and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Nelene and John have a beautiful, comfortable home and we were so happy with everything! Amazing location and such great hosts. Very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we were all set for the week. Would love to stay again!

The house was in a great location, with an ocean view from the balcony. The AC and internet worked great. I truly appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, and paper products available for our family at the house upon our arrival. Linens and towels were clean. The host was quick to respond to all questions. OBX is a family-oriented, friendly, and laid-back town.

Wonderful cottage in a great location! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, wonderful views of the ocean and sound, quiet neighborhood. So comfortable, it felt like home. Would recommend and will turn!

Wonderful Stay!

Home was just as described in listing, and met our needs well for our trip. It is a very easy walk to the beach. We found the on site beach equipment very handy as we didn't have to pack beach chairs, boogie boards or toys for the kids. Communication with the owner was always prompt, helpful and kind.

Wonderful stay at the Wave Watcher

This house was amazing. We could see and hear the ocean everyday from our deck. The beach was a very short walk from the house. It is in a quiet neighbor as well. We enjoyed our trip and would go back in the future!!

Great family home

The house was beautiful and spotless and was supplied with everything we needed while away from home. The layout was perfect for us and our three children. The little touches of board games, beach toys, and other beach gear was super helpful. The walk to the beach was convenient and made beach days easy. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend!

AWESOME TIME WITH FAMILY!!

We had a wonderful time at Wave Watcher. The home was perfect for our family of six and Nelene could not have been more helpful and responsive while we were there. It was a very short walk to the ocean and the views from the porch were gorgeous! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful and clean home

This was probably one of the cleanest homes I’ve ever stayed at! The location was perfect for us and it was nice to be a short walk away from the beach. Nelene was great and was quick to respond. We would love to stay at this home again in the future.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need- especially Tupperware! The outdoor shower is nicer than most indoor showers. The walk to the beach is so easy and short. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come again.

The home was as advertised. Found it odd that the guests had to make the beds when we arrived and strip the beds before we left in a rental for over $200 per night.

The house is perfect! It’s cozy and has all the qualities you would want in a home away from Home. Steps to the beach. Minutes to amazing food. The house is located in the most peaceful neighborhood. We look forward to staying here next year. Incredible!!!!!

We loved our stay!

This house was beautiful and VERY clean. It was a short walk across the street to the beach and 10 minute drive to plenty of great restaurants and bars. You can feel the breeze from the ocean and watch the waves. We were staying with our 15 month old and the owners took the time to baby proof! We really appreciated that and he had a great time while we didn’t have to worry. Highly recommend.
