We pride ourselves in offering everything you would expect if it was yours..... and MORE! All linens, pillows & towels included. Sleeps 8 comfortably at full capacity. Booking guests must be at least 25yrs of age.

With nothing between you and the Pacific Ocean but pristine Oregon sandy beach, you'll enjoy singing birds and sea views all while hearing the ocean roar. It’s always a pleasure to breathe the fresh sea air that constantly refreshes and cools the house during warm Summer days. You will not be disappointed by this view!

The beach is right out your door so go ahead and use our beach equipment to hang out on the beach, cook around a campfire, or just soak in the raw natural beauty that the Pacific Ocean has to offer.

Whale watching, surfing, sea kayaking, amazing hiking and shopping are literally within minutes distance of our location. For indoor entertainment, you can enjoy board games, watch movies on SmartTV apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Paramount Plus. We are proud to present a collection of original art throughout (over 13 pieces).

The fully stocked kitchen is set up for entertaining with stainless appliances and with a grill off one of the decks, there's literally everything you need to prepare a large gourmet family meal. For those of you with little ones, please enjoy the use of our pack n play and highchair.

Not only is TheJackWest unique in its views, location (beach access just steps away) and design. Privacy and serenity will greet you here in a pristine and clean environment both inside & out. The house sits on a medium bank just above the pristine & private beach/ocean. No houses visible and unobstructed views of the Ocean.

The 2 bathrooms are fresh, clean & modern with updated lighting and plumbing fixtures. We provide plenty of towels, soap & shampoo/conditioner. We clean with environmentally conscious cleaners whenever possible. You'll find eco-friendly updates such as dimmable LED bulbs throughout, and high-efficiency appliances including washer/dryer.

The house features soaring vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light coming in through over 20 windows & skylights. You'll enjoy stunning views in every direction while cozying up to the grand slate gas fireplace. Enjoy time with family and friends in the family room which features an additional tv. Entertaining is a pleasure with our fully stocked kitchen and multiple furnished decks.

It's a 2-minute walk to the neighborhood beach access where you can enjoy long walks, runs, beach fires, surfing, swimming, and sunbathing. Walport center is a 5-minute drive and you can be in Newport or Yachats in 15 - 20 minutes. TheJackWest is located 2+ hours from Portland and 45 minutes from Lincoln City.

We offer high-speed free wi-fi, a full cable channel line up on 2 large flat screen tv’s. For those of you with little children, we offer a pack n play and highchair for your use.

We'll do our best to make your stay and your beach activities as uncomplicated and pleasant as possible.

CONDITIONS
a. Pets are not permitted in rental units unless specifically approved along with $60 per pet fee.
b. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and started.
d. A load of towels is started on departure.
e. All keys are left according to instructions.
f. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
g. No linens are lost or damaged.
h. NO late check-out (extensions may be granted for an hourly fee)
i. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
