This beautiful, privately-owned townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! Our house is in a prime location just down the street from the beach and beach access. It is a short stroll to the local neighborhood beach bar that offers sand volleyball.
Amenities include beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and umbrellas.
No garage parking available, however driveway can park 2 cars and there is also street parking available.

Absolutely the best vacation rental we've stayed at, in any location! Beautiful house, spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses and furniture. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. 1 block to the beach, 1.5 blocks to the lagoon to watch gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely stay here again when we return to beautiful South Padre Island!

Everything went really smoothly! The house was big and spacious. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach which is a plus! House was clean, will definitely consider booking again when we come back.

This is home away from home. It has everything you probably need. Space, homey essentials, proximity to all activities and beach, etc. We loved our stay and where we stayed had so much to do with it. Recommend it for family with kids of all ages. The neighborhood too. Thanks for the hosts and vrbo making the experience smooth.

Gorgeous vacation duplex

It was clean when we checked in. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans etc. It is just as beautiful in person as the pics showed online. Owners were very responsive to our questions. We had no issues.

The place was great. The only things was no washer and we had to go buy TP AND Papertowel, Internet did not work a lot of times. We had to go to the laundromat. Other than that it was good

Hi Jessie I wish you would have reached out and let us know about the TP and paper towels so we could have had housekeeping bring you more. We usually keep those stocked and you can always ask for extra. Unfortunately Spectrum was having issues which was causing the intermittent issues with the internet. We dont advertise a washer and dryer in our VRBO post so sorry if there was confusion and you thought the house had one. Hope you had a great trip Kim

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very quiet and a short walk to the beach, with beach access at the end of the street. There is a great beach bar/restaurant with sand volleyball at our beach access called the Wanna Wanna that is just a great place to hang out that offers live music on the weekend. Just a 5 minute drive to anywhere you want to go on SPI ! You can walk, ride rental bikes or take the wave bus for free also the very popular golf cart rental is fun way to get around.
