About this space
Stargaze is our family lake house and your fun family vacation spot. Come fall in love with the private cove, blazing sunsets and beautiful views of the lake. We are a few minutes by car or kayak from the Ha Ha Tonka State Park.
After a day of swimming, boating, hiking or kayaking spend your evenings building a fire and gazing at the stars. Stays are available year-round to enjoy the seasons.
The space
The house is a spacious 2,300 sq ft. home. It is two levels.
*Main floor with extra-large master with King bed and a full-size futon. The guest room has a Queen bed and a workspace with a desk and chair. Also on this level is the main hall bath, kitchen, dining room and living room.
*The lower level has a family room equipped with board games, tv, air hockey and darts. Two twin beds and a full bath.
*Outdoors you will have use of the paddle boat, the paddle board, two kayaks, outdoor living room, charcoal grill, man-made sandy beach for the little ones, and a private dock.
With the two levels and an acre of private property there is plenty of room for kids and grandparents. This cove is located on a no-wake section of the lake. The water will be very calm.


We are constantly adding or updating things based on our guest's feedback so please feel free to let us know how we can improve your next visit.
Other things to note
Camdenton is less than 10 minutes away. Ha Ha Tonka state park is 3 minutes away by car. We are at MM15 of the Niangua Arm.

Wonderful, very secluded.it felt like you were alone despite there being neighbors. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the lake. We grilled out and visited Ha Ha State Park and Bridal cavern. The amenities in the home were great. It felt like home, away from home. We all enjoyed the games like the air hockey and the board games.

Family stay

We loved our stay. This house is located in a quiet cove. Even with the boat ramp close by, it stayed quiet. The AC vents are in the floor so bring house shoes as the floor tends to be cold. We didnt see a hair dryer or flashlight so I would recommend brining those as well. We would stay here again!

Just so you know, the boat ramp is not public, it is private property and only used by friends and family of the owner. It they may have had more guest than usual the week you visited being you even recognized it as a boat launch. Thank you for recommending the house and stating that you would stay again. That means a lot to me!

Ozarks Getaway!

Our family had a great time staying in Camdenton. Lots of activities and the location of this property allowed us to enjoy those activities and then come back and relax at the end of each day. Just right for our family of 5.

Nice peaceful getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this nice, cozy and beautifully decorated lake house. It is a great quiet location on the lake. We loved that it is close to Ha Ha Tonka park and nearby caves to explore. We had everything we needed at the lake house. AnnMarie responded right away when we had any questions. We would definitely stay again!

Golf trip with my son and grandson.

We loved the property and our host. The house was very spacious and well laid out. We enjoyed using the yard, dock, paddle boat and kayaks. Only disappointment was the listing said hot tub/spa. There was none. We had a wonderful time.Thanks

Fantastic home/beach/dock

We have come to the Lake of the Ozarks for many years and this was the best home we have stayed at to date. The home was beautiful and exceed all of our expectations. Bringing a boat has been challenging at past homes but this was by far the easiest, with a ramp right next door and room to park the trailer and 3 more cars in the driveway. The kids enjoyed the sandy beach area in the backyard and the dock was perfect for our daily fishing trips. We highly recommend this home and will be scheduling a return trip here soon.

Memories that will last!

My family was looking for a getaway and a chance to reconnect. Boy did we come to the right place. Yes, there was good WiFi, but we barely used it! There was so much to do in this home. The younger kids had a sandy beach for building castles and plenty of property to explore. They provided fishing poles, kayaks and even a paddle board. The dock was a great place to hangout and watch the sunset. In the evenings we played board games, air hockey, and even built a fire. There were even kids books for bedtime reading. The house is two floors giving everyone plenty of space when we needed a little break. This was definitely one of our favorite places to visit and we all agree that we can’t wait to come back in August! Already booked the week!!
