Beautiful Timber Home on the Alexandria Chain of Lakes

My wife grew up in nearby Fergus Falls and myself in the Twin Cities, where we resides together for several years. We have owned this property for six years after spending nearly 15 years living abroad and being out of Minnesota. Having had the privilege to explore the world and see many beautiful things, there is nothing better than being at the cabin on the lake in Alexandria, Minnesota. We love being here so much we have opened it up to our family and friends over the years creating a lifetime of unique memories. We hope you have the opportunity to create similar moments!

What drew us to this place was the location and the uniqueness of the cabin itself. The lakes area of Alexandria has much to offer and has all the conveniences of a larger town in a quaint smaller town setting. Our cabin is a structural amazement, with updated features like the outdoor kitchen, which has great views of the lake, an amazing grill and covered outdoor island which is fantastic for games with friends and family. The lake provides great entertainment for tubers, skiers, swimmers and fishing!

The cabin itself is a one of a kind. The unique timber style home has significant character. We’ve since added the large deck, outdoor kitchen and screened porch to enhance the lakeside experience. The Alexandria area is a hidden gem with lots to do and see.
