Doris and Glenn are Great!!

Our family stayed here for our yearly Christmas trip. I could not have been happier with the communication and willingness to help while we were there! They were with recommendations to eat or must do attractions in the area. The apartment was very clean and well stocked!

Restful stay in the Mountains

The accommodations were excellent! Very clean and there were many nice touches. The deck had an excellent view and the entire setting was very restful. The hosts were very accommodating. The location is near Montreat and Black Mountain communities as well as Asheville. All in all, we had a lovely, restful stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Mountain Area

The owners were EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. They made you feel at home. We brought our dog and he was welcomed as well. They let us check out later and didn't require a bunch of clean up upon leaving. Great place to feel like you are out in the woods with modern conveniences. Road and subdivision very well kept.

A breath of fresh air

Property was just as listed and provided all amenities necessary for a relaxing stay.We enjoyed the outside living space, morning coffee on large deck, observing nature and evenings with our family around the fire pit. This property is within 1 hour of most of the things we came to do such as-white water rafting the French Broad, Sliding Rock and Looking Glass falls. We will definitly come back.

Beautiful place up in the mountains

We came to the mountains to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday. The owners went above and beyond not only by ensuring that we had everything we’d need to enjoy the weekend, but they also got her a gift. 😊 The kids had a great time playing cornhole and enjoyed the ambience of the woods from the swings on the deck. It is a cute, clean place to stay at a very affordable price! I would recommend to anyone wishing to experience the quiet mountain life!

Great stay in Black Mountain!

We had a great stay at Doris and Glenn's place in Black Mountain, it was exactly what we needed as a home base for exploring and hiking throughout the area. Doris and Glenn were wonderful hosts and the communication throughout the process was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.
