Boasting full-on mountain views and ski-in/out access, this one-bedroom-plus-loft retreat offers prime access in the heart of Alaska's ski country. Alyeska's on-site spa and dining facilities provide add-on value if you're looking to relax around the resort. An abundance of hiking trails offer plenty of opportunity to explore the mountain outside of winter. The home is also located on the Girdwood shuttle line.

The bright, welcoming interior comes well-furnished with all the comforts of home. Sip morning coffee or apres-ski drinks while enjoying the views on the private deck or relax around the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. A 360-degree fireplace radiates warmth for cozy group gatherings. Take care of at-home meal planning with ease in the well-appointed full kitchen and dine together at the eat-in table. Perfect Spot for Exploring

Visited Girdwood during the summer. Condo was in the perfect spot for exploring - multiple food options close by. Short walk to Brewery. Condo itself was adorable and cozy. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Cool Older Ski Condo

Great Location! While the whole Building is in need of updating (I think it was built in '68) this unit has been well maintained and quite nice for it's age. If you want brand new and luxurious The Alyeska Resort can help you at triple the price. This unit is a very good value for it's location, and appointments. I and my daughters would happily stay again.

Perfect older and funky Ski Condo

Exactly as shown. It is older but well maintained. The VRBO Mgr Sean, was excellent. This was a great basecamp for Alyeska, Whittier, and even taking the drive to Seward and the Kenai. Would book it again. (If you want glam, go to the resort; this is a cooler and more affordable alternative :)

Girdwood

This condo is well appointed, has contemporary charm and fun ski decor, and is located at the base of the mountain. The only disappointment was The Bake Shop (below - in the same building) being closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

GIRDWOOD GEM

Spent about a week here end-of-May 2024 and have only great things to say. Great location. Great layout. Great amenities. Great price. We were offered early check-in, the place was spotless upon arrival, the kitchen had everything including a dish washer, the beds were comfy and we were offered late check-out. I presume early and late check-in and -out are based on vacancy. Definitely recommend it to family, friends and VACASA users.

This condo is very comfortable, clean and stocked with good necessities. The views are STUNNING! The location is amazing. We walked over to Alpenglow Coffee house every morning and had a delicious breakfast bake with coffee. Several good places to eat within steps of the condo. Parking was convenient and the building is very secure. We had a little issue with the door code not working but Vacasa got us all squared away in less than 20 min. I've stayed in many ski resort condos and this one ranks higher up on that list. Would highly recommend and we would stay again.

Nice mountainside condo. It’s an older unit but with nice updates. If you book this unit make you get the lock box number and lock box 4 digit code to access the building plus the 4 digit code to enter the unit once inside the building. I was not provided any of this on the check in text so we had to text Vacasa to get this and it took 2 hours to get in.

Gorgeous view but too noisy

The unit is fine and the view is lovely. We had two problems. We couldn’t enter because we didn’t have enough information from the managing unit via the text messages. Also, unit 310 was doing construction at all hours. You might want to hold off on renting this place until they’re done. Thank you for an otherwise great stay!
