Wonderful place to stay
House was really cute. Clean inside and really comfortable with the ac on. Neighborhood was dead quiet even though it was walking distance from downtown. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back to Austin.
Such a nice place, exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, heavily equipped kitchen, lots of toiletries, nice backyard space
Great spot in East Austin, walking distance to some restaurants and the hike and bike trail. Nice yard for entertaining, relaxing in the morning, and for kids to play. Lovely decor and well maintained!
We loved our stay , cozy ,very relaxing , more spacious than looks on pictures , near downtown , quiet neighborhood, great vibe , clean loved the art displayed.
Eclectic and fun design. Must be worldly travelers. Great kitchen and spacious settings. Love East Austin. Great neighborhood for walking and eating. Don’t miss Gati’s ice cream and Lou’s nearby.

Absolutely stunning home
We felt so lucky to have found this home! Three of us stayed for 5 days and loved every minute. With gorgeous furnishings, beautiful artwork, loads of clean towels and sheets and everything you could possible want in terms of amenities and equipment, we felt very spoiled! It has a lovely garden and balcony with furniture. And we really enjoyed exploring the local area and walked downtown too. We absolutely fell in love with this beautiful and spacious house and it comes very highly recommended!
The house is very comfortable, and has a lot of creature comforts. We loved the kitchen, very comfortable and open. It’s within walking distance of Lady Bird Lake and downtown, and there are several excellent bars and restaurants. The only reason I didn’t rate higher is that the door hardware needs to be replaced, sometimes you close a door and get stuck in a room because the knob won’t turn properly. We had to use a business card to get my mom out of the bathroom. Pretty funny at the time for us, but it might upset some folks or children!

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us, Kelsey and we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our home. We appreciate our guests' preferences as a means to improve and we have forwarded your comments along to our property management to consider in the future. We hope to host you again soon.
I stayed at this home for 5 nights. I was pleasantly surprised just how quiet the home was. On arrival the home was very clean and well maintained. The home was well equipped with everything needed. Beautiful high ceilings in the house made it feel very spacious. I also loved having skylights in the living room.
There are many great restaurants within walking distance. It’s nice not to have to find parking when going out to eat as parking in Austin can be very challenging! There are some streets in the neighborhood that are a bit sketchy. Homeless people can loiter on Cesar Chavez Blvd.
There is a trail along the river that is just a few minutes from the house. Wonderful trail to go walking and jogging on. The house has a nice outdoor deck with gas barbecue.
overall very happy with this property.

Thank you, John, for your feedback! We are happy you enjoyed this home. We sincerely apologize you have found few issues in the home. We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you!
There is no denying that this was a lovely, CLEAN, centrally located home. The property would have been 100% perfect if the property manager (Vacasa), given their significant Host Fee, would have simply provided salt, pepper, cooking oil, Kleenex, a 1-morning supply of coffee, & the WiFi password. Had we not had to buy basic necessities & call an automated service # and wait for a Service Rep to give us what should have been in a (non-existent) house instruction sheet, we would not be making such a big deal over the fees because this was a truly lovely home in a cool location. P.S. There was a truck parked directly in front of the home the entire time we were there – not a problem if you only have 1 car; there is no other parking unless a neighbor moves their car.
We enjoyed our stay here. The property is very clean (immaculately clean), updated, has all the amenities you need to be comfortable, and is very close to downtown Austin and lots of great places to eat. The primary bedroom has a very spacious, beautifully updated bathroom. The second bedroom is in a little "nook" area and included in that nook is the bedroom, bathroom and washer/dryer, so very nice privacy for 2 couples traveling together or in our case, 2 colleagues traveling on business. Another perk is the heating/cooling: the guest controls it. It is not remotely controlled by a greedy homeowner, which we have encountered in rentals of late. We appreciated not waking up in the middle of the night sweating. Thank you! There are minimal negatives that did not impact our stay. 1. This is a "street parking only" property and street parking is limited. We were traveling in 1 vehicle so we got to park directly in front of the property, but had we been in 2 vehicles, one would've had to park down the street. 2. The properties on each side of this home are unkept (and they also take up street parking with their vehicles that never moved the 2 days we were there). When we pulled up for the first time, the grass for the rental property was over a foot tall. That combined with the unkept homes on each side didn't make a great first impression. I took a pic of the yard and sent it to the management company. They immediately responded and apologized. Once we walked inside the home and saw how beautiful and clean everything was, all was well. This property is in a neighborhood that is being revitalized. We never felt unsafe and the neighborhood was very quiet. No rowdy neighbors. No road noise. The management company also checked in with us several times throughout our stay and this was really appreciated and a plus in my opinion because if something had been wrong, I had a direct text thread to a responsive person. We will be staying here (if available) when we go back to Austin. We thought this was a great spot and conveniently located. Book with confidence!

This is a sweet, updated Craftsman style bungalow. It is perfect for two people or two couples. The neighborhood is especially worth mentioning & exploring. There are so many interesting places within walking distance. I walked to get coffee every morning. The coffee shop is near the river walk. Going the opposite direction, there are literally dozens of really cool restaurants etc. to explore and enjoy. If I go back to Austin, I will book this one again.
This property is VERY comfortable. The furniture is good quality, comfortable stuff, not the cheap IKEA stuff found in many rentals.
Everything appears to have been recently updated and is in working order.
The neighborhood is in transition with million $$+ homes alongside what are probably destined to be tear-downs. However, the neighborhood felt safe.
We’ll worth a stay in this property!
