This upscale 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a queen-size bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with mountain views, a gas fireplace, a full-size private washer and dryer, and modern finishes throughout. The newly constructed Blue River Flats complex offers guests quick access to all the shops, restaurants, and conveniences of Silverthorne while still being centrally located, making for convenient access to everything else Summit County has to offer.
The entryway has hooks and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The spacious living area features a gas fireplace with a beautiful white stone surround, a wall-mounted smart TV, and large windows allowing for great light and beautiful mountain views. The cozy furniture provides ample seating, and the open floor plan is perfect for gathering, allowing everyone to comfortably socialize, dine, and relax together. Need extra room? The sofa also pulls out to a queen-size bed. The private balcony is just off the living room and offers outdoor seating and beautiful views of downtown Silverthorne and the mountains beyond. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six around a chic wooden dining table.
The primary bedroom, located just off the living room, features a queen-sized bed dressed in our high-end Ivory White bedding, part of our upgraded linens package. The en suite bathroom features a double-sink quartz countertop vanity and a walk-in shower with a bench. This space also features a walk-in closet. Just across the living area is the guest bedroom, which includes a bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
With its comfortable accommodations, beautiful views, and central location, this condo provides an ideal home base for exploring all that Summit County has to offer.

This Property was very clean & spacious!! Served our needs well! The only small criticism I have is that on the check-in instructions it said we were in building #3 & there is no building #3. After walking the property aimlessly for about 30 minutes, a resident was able to help me locate our unit. It was building 1080, the listed address. I did text the management company while we were looking with no response.

Thank you for your feedback, but we would like to clarify some things. Building 3 does exist and specific instructions are provided in your guidebook that was sent to you prior to arrival. Per reviewing our communication logs, your text message was responded to exactly 4 minutes after you sent it.
We stayed 4 nights to ski in Copper. Condo is located 5 mins off I-70 on the main road in Silverthorne. Close to everything. Condo is well maintained, stocked and clean. We had 2 adults with plenty of space. Living room is tight but they made best use of space and worked for the 2 of us. Great condo for the price! Would definitely stay again.

An overall good experience. Well managed, sufficient stock of incidentals. Couch / furnishing a little small / sparse. Nice to have garage parking but a bit away from the condo made it less convenient. Good experience and would stay here again.

Mold in the unit

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

We arrived to find the rental full of mold. The listing advertised a washer and dryer, but both were covered in mold and smelled terrible. The host was very difficult to reach, and no one came to clean the unit until late the next day — and even then, the mold remained in both the washer and the shower. I asked for a refund of the cleaning fee since the unit was clearly not clean, and we had packed light with plans to do laundry there. Since we couldn’t use the washer, we ended up having to buy extra clothes. The host and property manager refused to refund the cleaning fee and instead offered only a 10% discount on a future booking — which is useless to us, as we are from out of state and won’t be returning, especially given the condition of the property.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
