Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load all towels in the washer and start.
Move all furniture and all items that used back after use, games Knick knack, books etc. do not move the treadmill or any of the gym items. No eating in hot tub or bedrooms.
Kids are not permitted to use the gym. If any of these rules are broken an extra cleaning or work order will be issued to guest and will be withdrawn from deposit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
QUITE HOURS 10PM TO 8AM.
No pets allowed on the furniture bedding or are allowed to do their business inside. Extra charge to clean or replace items.

Just if you like toast, bring your own toaster. No sheets so bring those too. Not cleaned when I got there. Otherwise it had nice games and a hot tub although you can’t enjoy it because of the loud dog next door. TV didn’t work. To be fair they sent the maid service in to clean the second day.

We are disappointed by this one-star review, as we take great pride in maintaining our property and providing an excellent experience for our guests. When concerns were brought to our attention, we arranged for our cleaning team to return and address them. We made every effort to respond to the situation and accommodate the guest. Unfortunately, this review leaves out important details regarding the guest’s own conduct during their stay. Multiple house-rule violations were documented with photographic evidence, including violations of our clearly stated pet policies. Vrbo was notified of these issues while the reservation was still active, well before this review was posted. We welcome honest feedback and take legitimate concerns seriously. However, we also expect guests to respect our property, furnishings, and established house rules. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable home for our guests, and we encourage future travelers to consider the full picture when evaluating any review.

Property was in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We loved having so many king beds for our tall family! Having multiple seating areas for family to gather was wonderful. Was wonderful to park in the garage. We enjoyed the peaceful backyard every night too. Perfect home for a large family.

The thermostat was a little hard to figure out......The HOT TUB. was NOT clean....we DID NOT use it.... and that was one of the reasons that we picked this space. and the outside area could have been cleaner..The beds were very comfortable

Our family had a great Christmas weekend in Denver while staying in this property. We were able to make cookies and had plenty of room for 4 adult children, their spouses, and my wife and I to have our own rooms.
