Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load all towels in the washer and start.
Move all furniture and all items that used back after use, games Knick knack, books etc. do not move the treadmill or any of the gym items. No eating in hot tub or bedrooms.
Kids are not permitted to use the gym. If any of these rules are broken an extra cleaning or work order will be issued to guest and will be withdrawn from deposit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
QUITE HOURS 10PM TO 8AM.
No pets allowed on the furniture bedding or are allowed to do their business inside. Extra charge to clean or replace items.

Great place and Juan was very easy to communicate with. We were there for Red Rocks and it was a great location. Neighbors complained about our noise level when we got home from show around 11:30 but the owner was super easy to work with us regarding. Just be aware there is a 10pm quiet time in this neighborhood.

Perfect House for Red Rocks!

A group of friends all came together for a concert at Red Rocks. The location was perfect as we have a friend that lives in the area. The house is super convenient to shopping with a Trader Joe’s nearby. The neighborhood is lovely and felt safe. The house was perfect for our needs. When we had an issue with the air conditioning Jose got back to us immediately and walked us through the fix. Highly recommend!
