This ~1,100 sqft, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom cottage has a fully renovated kitchen with all necessary appliances and a spacious deck area complete will a full set of patio furniture and grill.

The best part? Walk out the front door and walk less than 100 steps to white-sand beaches.

The living room has three of the most comfortable chairs you’ve ever sat in as well as a queen-sized pull out sofa, lots of windows (natural light), and a flat-screen TV.

The dining table comfortably seats 8 and there is easy-to-care wood laminate flooring throughout the entire cottage.

Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and flat-screen TVs.

Also: WiFi, brand new central heat and air, and a private washer and dryer.

Free off-street parking, right next to cottage.

Fully-stocked kitchen and linens.

Bring the kids or leave them at home — this cottage is great for all.

We had a great time. Perfect location close to the beach. Had everything we needed. The only bad parts were the internet kept going out and the washing machine had black mold in it.

We had an amazing stay! The cottage was absolutely beautiful! So relaxing and right on the beach and everything we needed so close by with all great shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this great cottage for any family wanting a beautiful get away to the beach. Love it! We will be back!

Great beach cottage

Great location, just steps away from the beautiful beach and close to many restaurants. The cottage was decorated with cute beach decor and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very cozy and comfortable, a great place for our family vacation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful little cottage! Decorated so well! Amazing location - we counted it and it’s literally 100 steps to the beach! Very clean as well. Only reason we did not give it 5 stars was it was very humid in the house which made clothes, towels, sheets, paper towels, etc. uncomfortable. A dehumidifier would help for sure! Thanks for having us!

Awesome little beach cottage! Very clean, and just off of the beach. Really enjoyed the small pizza place directly across the street as well. Communication prior to arrival was excellent with Jenn as well!!! Would love to say here again!!

This property was in the perfect location and had everything you’d need for a beach vacation. The house was clean, beds were super comfortable, and our family was happy that it had two full bathrooms. It was walking distance to the pier, and tons of restaurants and shops- we parked our car and only used it once to go to the local grocery store, Publix. About 3 blocks away is a community pool that my daughter enjoyed, along with pickle ball and tennis courts. If you are thinking of this property, I’d definitely recommend!

We LOVED our stay at this cottage. Everything was as deacribed and there were the perfect amount of amenities to get us started for the week. The communication with the owner was prompt and clear with any questions we had. It was in perfect walking distance to parks and downtown. It also had onsite parking which was a very nice feature. The best part was we could see the water and beach from the dining room windows. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next stay.

This was our 2nd visit to this VRBO and loved it just as much as the first time. The host is an excellent communicator, the house is about a 10 second walk to the beach and the house is very comfortable. Great, all the way around!

Really great location and home! Steps from the beach! Home had everything including beach towels and beach chairs! Would absolutely stay here again. Exceptional customer service too by the host! Attentive and kind. Worth it!

Clearwater Beach is hands-down the best beach in the world. Well, at least we think so! This property is private and quiet — away from the tourist hub — and only 43 steps to white-sand beaches. Restaurants, bars, and the famous Pier 60 are just a few minutes' walk away.
