About this property

Oasis at Johnson Ranch

Our comfortable and clean 1700 sq ft home features a private backyard with heated pool and hot tub. There are additional fees for heating the pool and spa, $35 per day for pool heating, $15 per day for spa heating.

The house is on a corner lot in the Johnson Ranch golf community. Our guests have access to 3 community pools, spa, a private 9 hole golf course, over 20 parks interconnected through walking paths, basketball court and beach volleyball court.
The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch is an 18 hole, championship length golf course facility. The Terrace Restaurant is located here as well.

The home has a spacious master bedroom and en-suite with a soaking tub, shower and large walk in closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a 2nd full bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops.

Quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. Johnson Ranch is located at the base of the San Tan Mountains and near Superstition Mountain.

Located about 20 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport.
Located about 50 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.

Excellent location just off the golf course. Clean house and yard. As a family we found the pool and hot tub very useful after a round of golf.

Nice quiet place for sun, rest and relaxation.

We came down to Rhonda’s place for an escape from Northern winter and it provided just that! Quiet neighborhood with convenient close by shopping. Easy drive from Mesa airport. Pool and spa were a wonderful necessity for us. Rhonda was very prompt and responsive to any questions. Recliner sofas in the living room were particularly comfortable.

Great Experience

This was my first experience with a VRBO property and it was wonderful. Had a couple small things come up and it was not a problem working with the owner. I would highly recommend this rental. We will be back.

Great Winter Home with Pool and Hot Tub

Thank you, Rhonda, for allowing us to escape the cold ND winter and stay at your home for six weeks. The home was well kept and clean. It was also stocked adequately with the supplies we would expect from a rental home. The pool and hot tub were great on the days that the weather allowed. Rhonda was very responsive to any communications we had with her requesting information or any problems that arose. A new king size bed was placed in the master bedroom prior to our arrival. Thank you! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We felt very safe at all times, including our daily walks. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to returning in the future.

Great stay!

This property was clean, the owner very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The heated pool, spa and patio heater were great as it was cooler the first week we were there. The kitchen was well stocked and we really liked the location. Our only issue was that we had 6 people staying but the seating around the dining area and patio really is only set up for 4. Maybe a couple bar stools by the island area and a couple more patio chairs outside would have helped this issue. Also, there were very limited towels and no hand towels available for the second bathroom. I had to run to Walmart and buy some. Other than that the place was great and we would definately come back.

Beautiful property. Misleading info on traeger grill. Should pull it from listing if they do not want you to use it.. The pool and hot tub are awesome but very little instruction on using it other than you break it you pay for it.

Very Satisfied

My Family and I stayed at this property over the 2020 Thanksgiving Holiday and were very happy with our stay! The home was clean, the neighborhood was nice, and the pool and hot tub were great! The owner was quick to respond and very helpful! Our only complaint is that the pool and hot tub were only heated at certain times of the day.
