More like a Glamping cottage than a house.

Stay was adequate, but wouldn't have been my choice. cottage is an additional dwelling on someone's front lawn, down a gravel alley. Appears new with new appliances to include a washer and dryer. Smell of "air fresheners" was overwhelming - not sure what they were trying to cover up as place did seem clean. The mattress was okay - but the pillows were like pancakes (cheap pillows from walmart). Bedside lamps didn't work on either side of the bed. Shower enclosure with sliding plastic doors that open enough to get in (but a big person would have difficulty); water pressure more like a strong mist. Plenty of (low quality) towels. Internet was sketchy -- went out a few times and owner had me turn fuses on/off to reset.

So clean and friendly

Had a great stay! The place was so clean and perfect size for my family. The host was very kind and the home had everything we needed for the simple kitchen and bathroom necessities.

Why they chose this property

This small studio is better than a motel and has laundry provided for free. You have a private entrance and is located just blocks away from downtown. Centrally located in the Historical district. Blocks away from Dollar General, Walmart market, and a fast foods. Less than 2 miles away from Tift Regional, ABAC, and is across the street from Fulwood Park. When you stay here you will be right in the heart of Tifton, GA.
