Was a perfect quick overnight stop on our way to Florida. Nice, safe and quiet location and a bonus it was pet friendly! Will look to stay again on our next road trip? Great, super responsive and friendly host.
We came down to see some family and the house was perfect. All the rooms were beautiful, especially the kitchen. The backyard was amazing from the fireplace to the dock and the pond was very pretty. Overall the place was beautiful and would love to come back.
What a beautiful home and hospitality of the owners… It was such a pleasure and beautiful time!!!
We so loved the house… What a beautiful and wonderful place… It was such a blessing for the owners to open up their home to us!!! My daughter so loved fishing and feeding the ducks… We can’t wait to do it again!!

Duck pond
Great place to stay, clean, decorated well comfortable funuriture and bed. Would not hesitate to book this property again.
Beautiful peaceful place overlooking the duck pond. The home was so comfortable and the hosts have thought of every small detail to make you feel comfortable. Great beds. Very clean. Will definitely stay here again.
We had ease at check in and plenty of communication with the owner. We had no issues and it was a peaceful location after hours on the golf course. Will be back for our tournament next year as well:
We had an excellent stay! The house was spotless—immaculately clean and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it’s clear the host takes great pride in keeping the space welcoming and pristine. The host was incredibly accommodating—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and easy, making our stay even more enjoyable.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home with a host who truly cares about your experience. We would absolutely stay here again!
The place was beautiful and well kept and the ducks at the pond were awesome for the kids! The pool was a little cold so we didn’t get to enjoy that, but the hot tub was great. It was nice to stay at a place that had owners who cared about their guests’ stay. We will absolutely repeat again!
Very nice and the ducks were the best!! We only stayed for three nights during a business trip and it was a nice place to come back to after. The hot tub was great after a long day. We will definitely get this house next time.
We were in town to visit grandkids and great grandkids. The location is great for anything one would want to do in Tifton. The back porch was a big plus for us. After running down grandkids all day it was great sit on the back porch and watch the ducks play. No need for TV the ducks were our entertainment
The property is perfect, the home is cozy and has all the right amenities for a fun & relaxing time with family. We made a spur-of-the-moment decision to see the first snow of 2025! We stayed two nights, check in\out was a breeze! The beds are comfortable, and the home is clean. We are excited to come back in the future to enjoy all the outdoor fun in warmer weather. Thank you!
10/10! Hot tub! 10Ducks! 10Convenient! 10Wonderful host! 10 Most definitely will be staying again!!

Very nice property owner and the home sits in a really pretty spot, however the bathroom floor is all broken up and the house was not clean. Small details like the showers and baseboards were dirty, but when you rent enough VRBO's you notice. A little updating and cleaning and it would be wonderful!
The house actually exceeds the photos and description.
It is nice when everything operates correctly.
The access with door code worked the first time and every time, the AC cooled the house, the hot tub was actually 'hot", the house was quite clean, the wifi worked flawlessly, the showers heads functioned, the TV's streamed, mattress and recliners were very comfortable, and there is even a garage for the car...
I cannot say that Tifton - as a town - offered a lot (we were there for a wedding), but this house (and the host) lived up to all my expectations.
As the listing states, it is very quiet and peaceful. The ducks and duckling were our favorite part of the stay. What the listing is not accurate on is the size of the beds, and when you rent a house you kind of want the beds as advertised. They ended up being a queen in the primary, which by the way isn't shown in any photos. The shower floors in each bathroom are slippery, so beware. The hall bathroom had mold on the moldings. The cleanliness of the place was not great. There was black dog hair on clumps all on the floor, the coffee pot had mold in it, and it may be nit picking but the outside could use a tidying. Couldn't sit in the screened in porch because of bird poo everywhere. There was trash in the pond, old, broken fixtures around. It just could use TLC. There were TVs in every room, but because of the limited wifi plan they had, we could not use the televisions. Would I stay here again, no.
We travel to south GA to visit grandkids but we spend a lot of time on the back porch watching the ducks. It is great place to chill. The host is very nice and checked in with several times. I’m sure we will be back.
