The booking said it had a hot tub but it did not. The furniture was bad. The kitchen table didn’t have good chairs. The chairs was like boat seats with legs. The tvs didn’t work. Read that it had a pool table in comments but it did not. We will not be staying there again. The kitchen had very little pans. Also very little silverware

Amazing!

This was the PERFECT spot for us to stop with our small children. There were plenty of toys both inside and out that entertained our children after our long drive. We look forward to potentially staying here again if we make the trip down south. We appreciate the host's hospitality!

Gorgeous Home!

We were in Tifton for a while and this home was an absolute gem to stay in! The host is very responsive, and takes pride in maintaining their property, stopping by once a week to take care of the pool and yard, even when it was freezing out. We would love to stay again if we're in the area!

Great Stay!

We gathered here with our daughters and their families to reconnect and had a great time! The house is spacious and has plenty of room for being together as a group or apart for alone time. The pool table was a bonus. Much time was spent playing pool and laughing together. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Market minutes away which was great. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend this property.

Pictures are deceiving. House is sparsely decorated with very dated furniture. Reminded me of a frat house. Lots of DIY projects in this home that should have been left to a professional. Lots of rooms with no meaning

Great amenities

Pool it was stated that the pool was just cleaned, however we found several dead large bugs and we cleaned them out. Also, we found numerous bugs that appeared to be roaches inside of the house. One in the half bath, and one in the kitchen and front living room area. In each bedroom they were very spacious and the fan was a great idea. My suggestion would be to provide hooks or clothing racks for each bedroom since the closets were locked. Great house for children. The bathrooms need bars or pegs to hang towels on. The hospitality provided was fantastic. The water, sodas, and toiletries for the bathrooms was amazing.
