Very clean, well equipped, host communicated very promptly, spacious , our large dogs well catered for, strongly recommended. Snow cleared very quickly.
Everything was perfect! Cottage is stocked with many items to make it convenient for cooking in. Cottage was clean and played out well. Only suggestion would be a mirror on the pole outside when leaving drive way. It may have been more because of the snow but a little tricky pulling out of driveway. Would definitely stay again here very convenient to downtown Wolfeboro and other things!
The home was very nice and the owners were easy to communicate with. We loved the town of Wolfeboro and the surrounding areas. Our next goal will be to go during the summer to see all the local areas have to offer in season.
The property is well appointed. Pet friendly so having an enclosed back yard was the best. Camp fire, corn hole & picnic table. The property is newly renovated & clean. Accommodates a smaller or larger crowd/guests with exit off main bedroom was a plus! We loved the location due to proximity to town & beach. Thank you for thoughtful details and welcoming vibe.
The house is very cozy and decorated very nicely. Very clean and they provide all those necessities that you typically forget. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and dryer sheets. The host responded to any question I had.
This property had every amenity from the big stuff ie microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with a single serve keurig included to the paper towels, keurigs, paper napkins, shampoo & conditioner in showers etc. easy in and out. Would definitely recommend.
Our stay was so amazing! The home was beautiful! Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean & great layout. If I had to stretch for anything negative, I wish the lawn had been mowed. However the outdoor space was still great & they left firewood for the outdoor fire pit! Would definitely stay again!!
The house was VERY beautiful, clean, accommodating, accessible and stocked beyond belief! They even had cloths for our dogs to wipe their feet after playing out in the snow! The house is in a perfect location too, minutes to town, about 30 minutes in either direction to a few ski mountains! We will definitely be returning!

HI Kristie! So glad you enjoyed your stay! Come back anytime, your group was great!
The house itself was fine -- clean, well-equipped, comfortable. But it's located on a busy state highway and the traffic and noise were less than ideal.
This is the cleanest, most turnkey house we’ve ever rented, it was spotless and so well supplied - from toiletries to black out shades in all the bedrooms and corn hole and ladders games and picnic table WITH UMBRELLA in the lovely fenced in back yard! The owners truly thought of everything. We were unwittingly staying here the weekend of Bike Week and the road outside was a little noisy but that’s just one week a year. Highly recommend for families traveling with children.
Great house for pets and convenient location. I'm confused by the "host fee" on top of the rental cost. What does that pay for? They weren't there to host us, fix meals or show us the area. This is reminiscent of fees that airlines & hotels tack on your bill.
The house was immaculate when we arrived, however the A/C was not working. The temperature inside the house was 80*. We messaged the home owner, who contacted the property managers. They came over very quickly and fixed the problem. We had no more problems with the A/C while we were there. The property managers were friendly and personable. They gave us suggestions on where we could let our dogs swim. Unfortunately, Rust pond is not accessible to the public. The house is only a short drive to the downtown area, and many hiking spots.
The fenced area is not very big, but it was big enough to let the dogs out for a potty break. With all the hiking and swimming our dogs did, they didn’t need a large yard to run in. lol
The primary bed room in is the basement, which is nice to know ahead of time. The kitchen has enough cookware to make a meal. We cooked at the house because we didn’t want to leave out dogs and go out for dinner. Many places in town had bowls of water out for dogs to get a drink, but we didn’t feel that the restaurants were dog friendly.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The owners and property managers were quick with responses and we would recommend this property for a stay in New Hampshire’s lakes region.
