Four season dog friendly home located near lake Winnipesaukee in the private community of Suissevale, Moultonborough.

July and August are weekly rentals, Saturday - Saturday. Off season 2-night minimum.
The house is fully equipped for your convenience, whether you want to relax on the couch and watch a movie or log into your Netflix account and binge a series while enjoying the electric fireplace on a chilly evening. Play one of the many board games or a little competition on our foosball table. If you love cooking our kitchen is fully equipped to do any type of cooking, you like.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 King bedroom with crib, 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom on the lower level with 6 twin beds (2 times 2 twins over twin bunks). The lower level also has a bar and a living room area with a fireplace and TV.
Enjoy our fully fenced in yard with an outdoor gas grill and a large picnic table to eat outside on nice days with family or friends. In the evening relax around the outdoor firepit with plenty of seats for everyone to enjoy the fire or make some smores.
Our house is also perfect for children, we have a full-sized crib and a pack and play with mattress, highchair and a stroller available for you and a lot of toys and games for kids to entertain them.
Tennis, volleyball and basketball available for you.
Private beach at lake Winnipesaukee 1mile down the road with playground for kids, volleyball court, picnic tables and BBQ grills. We provide a beach pass to park at the beach for your convenience.
Close to ski resort Abenaki, 5 min drive from Castle in the clouds. 12 miles to Wolfeboro.

This was a great property that suited our needs as a reasonable place to stay for a friends wedding. Communication with Tamara and Nick was excellent, we really appreciated them being able to offer us a later checkout, as we had events for the wedding all 3 days we spent! Would recommend renting from them.

Totally amazing

The property was so perfect. Everything was clean, and well stocked. The house was roomy, and comfortable. The games were plentiful, the storage was perfect. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs to play, amd whole house was set up perfectly for people and pets. The little doggie extras were so thoughtful.we cant wait to go back.

Good neighborhood and lots of room.

This property was the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside was in need of a bit of maintenance, both house and property. The inside was large and inviting, plenty of space for three to four couples. Being this is a dog friendly rental you will find a few stray hairs but it was very clean.

A wonderful peaceful place

The house is very open with a great deck and plenty of couch space for everyone to hang out. The downstairs game rooms are amazing and we took full advantage of the great fire pit area. We had a chance to use the community beach which is also quite nice. We had neither a dog nor children with us but the house and yard are very dog and kid friendly. The hosts were great to work with. We are hoping to rent the house again!

Wonderful property for pups, with the most responsive hosts!

Our family of 6 and 2 dogs usually stay at the Cape. This year we wanted to try a new water destination that would be more accessible. We loved this dog-friendly house, with treat greetings upon arrival! Everything was as described and depicted. The kitchen was well stocked. Most importantly, the hosts could not have been more attentive or helpful with a few issues that they immediately rectified. The host reached out several times to see if all was well, and if we needed anything. We have not had such attention in other houses. Beautiful walks to the beach; beautiful hiking; visit to the oldest Arcade; nice stroll and food in Meredith. All in all a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay at Nick and Tamara's! She is an excellent communicator and was responsive and helpful. The house is great. Very clean and comfortable. The space is terrific-we had 6 of us initially and then a few more over the weekend. Everyone had a bed or a pull out. We had planned to bring our two Weimaraners which is why we chose this home -- it is VERY dog friendly. Our dogs ended up staying home so we did not take advantage of the fenced-in yard and the dog beds, BUT we would come back with or without dogs. We really liked the location and that the house was EASY. Not fancy or precious but clean and comfortable. Moultonborough and NH generally are beautiful. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the beach/lake, hiking, lots of ice cream, and being together in such a great place! Thank you!

Perfectly located

We were attending a wedding at Castle in the Clouds and this house was perfectly located! The neighborhood is quiet and there is a lovely private beach nearby. We chose this property because dogs were allowed, and the pup who attended enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The house is in a very wooded area and there were lots of birds and deer to watch while seated on the porch.

Weekend trip to bank of NH pavilion

Very enjoyable stay we didn't have hot water when we arrived. owners had a plumber there at 9 am . It is quite aways from pavilion but very quiet neighborhood close to lake Winnipesaukee

Great house, fully stocked kitchen and alot of games for the kids. Front of the house needs some updating but inside was immaculate! Fenced in yard was perfect for the dog. We had a great time and the owners were quick with responses to any concerns we had. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Winter Getaway for People/Pets!

I came up here with my girlfriend, parents, brother and his wife, nephews, and the family Black Labs. This was perfect for our needs and laid out in such a way that we could all enjoy each other's company from the kitchen, eating area, and living area simultaneously. Tamara and Nick were very responsive and excellent hosts in general. If you need a place for a smaller group that is near the lakes, mountains and ski resorts, this is a great option!

We love the lake life, and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and make memories. We manage our houses ourselves, there is no agency involved. We have 4 big dogs ourselves and we know how important it is to be able to bring your dog with you on vacation.
