Great home for a getaway

Loved the house… became our home for the week. Location is great. Backyard is awesome but small and not very private. But the roof top terrace offers great private time. Host was very nice and accommodating.

We stayed four weeks. Property management host very responsive. Weekly maid service worth the extra cost. Nice older villa and fully equipped. Electricity consumption extra for long stays ... cost us 500 USD. Limited privacy on the ground floor patio ... public path on one side and close proximity to villa on the other. Overall good value for the price! Note you have to wear a bracelet (aka wristband) to enter / exit Playacar. Would rent the villa again.
