THE SPACE:
-Situated on the 3rd floor, this unit is serviced by an elevator. A spacious walk-out deck faces the west, providing stunning mountain and ski area views. After a day on the slopes, you can conveniently store your ski equipment in the ski locker on the deck. If skiing isn't your passion, explore the endless hiking and biking trails or enjoy the Sawmill creek that runs through the property.
-The Great Room offers a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room cater to all your in-house dining needs.
-Bedroom #1 features a plush pillow-top King Bed with luxury linens and an en-suite bathroom, well-stocked with plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and 3-ply toilet paper.
-Bedroom #2 boasts two pillow-top Queen Beds with luxury linens and a similarly stocked en-suite bathroom.
-We are happy to provide a pack and play to help lessen your travel load. That being said we do not provide sheets/bedding for this.
-The Bonus Loft hosts a convertible sofa day bed (sleeps two - twin upper and twin trundle) for added sleeping space, plus another Smart TV for entertainment.
-The Imperial View Condo has recently undergone a professional redesign and comes with brand new furnishings, appliances, and custom decor throughout.
Please note:
-One parking pass is provided per reservation. Additional vehicles must park off-site at the airport road lot, or the ice rink lot (both free) and take the free shuttle with a guest who is using the parking spot at the condo. This rule is strictly enforced due to the limited parking availability in downtown Breckenridge.
☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
-Shuttle to Lift or Walk to the Gondola to start your day, then SKI IN by taking the Four O'Clock Ski Run to the condo.
-The home features a coded keypad on the door. The access code will be sent to you on the morning of check-in.
-Please also note that check-in/out is not available on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
