As you enter this home you can see the ocean at your first step, and every room has windows that accentuate the light natural and blue sky.

When you enter the front door you walk into the ground-level area illuminated by natural light. You look right over the pool and beach to the ocean view. On this level there is the in-law suite complete with a large living and sitting area, this sitting area has a queen pullout sofa, coffee bar, and TV. The bedroom has a private bedroom with an en suite bathroom, with a King size bed. The bath offers a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

You exit the foyer to the outdoor living spaces. With a Sofa seating area, and a large dining table right off the pool. This home has an outdoor summer kitchen, complete with an ice maker, beverage fridge, propane cooktop, ample counter space, and grill area overlooking your private Caribbean paradise. A bathroom is located right off the deck for your convenience.

The beach has multiple seating areas and a lot of beach fun. Soccer, Volleyball, Badminton or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the beach, and the sofas with a fire pit and watch the stars at night. Fishing poles provided as well. Pack N Play is available for your use.

Next, make your way up the floating staircase to the main living floor. Note the large open modernist spaces, with views of the fauna and the natural light the showers in each room of this house.

This level offers 4 bedrooms on this level and 5 bathrooms, each bedroom has its own bath on suite. Bathrooms with marble sinks, and Indonesian design - All showers/ tubs have vertical surfaces clad with marble/limestone. Two bedrooms have king-size Temperpedic beds, the other two bedrooms have a queen and a double with on- suite private baths.
