Watch the ospreys, eagles, pelicans, skimmers, spoonbills and more from the comfort of your shady perch. Bring the family as there are beds for everyone, parking galore! Bring your boats, your cars, your family! There is plenty of room here, where you will all be on Cloud 9! Rules: NO FIREARMS on premises. Period. STRICT LIMIT OF 10 GUESTS NO EVENTS OR PARTIES. DOCK TIE UP AT YOUR OWN RISK
Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum. NO CATS. Barking dogs may not be left in the house alone, please take them with you. $300 Security Hold against your credit card is initiated the day before arrival and released 2 days after departure. No exceptions. Signed rental agreement required to rent this home.
