House was clean and as pictured. Beds were comfy, setting was really cute. Instructions were thorough & complete.Several areas of rotted wood on front and back porches. Kitchen dishes/silverware/pots & pans were stained or so weathered that they seemed dirty. We felt like we had to wash everything before we used it—disappointing.
Love this place nice and cozy, clean and had lots of room.

We were able to enjoy golf, mountain coasters and midtown. The grill was perfect to cook at the property. The hot tub was a perk. The property could use some updates.
We really enjoyed the area the hot tub was in. It was just its own little secluded spot and the lights they had up in the trees was a really neat touch.
We enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful forest. Home had everything we needed.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the hot tub, the beautiful forest surroundings, and that the home had everything you needed. We hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay!
Great location, house was well stocked and comfortable. Hot tub worked nicely however backyard was quite dirty and could be updated, cleaned. Patio and furniture looked very weathered. Internet didn’t work at all the entire stay. Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to see wildlife. Overall a nice stay.
It was so beautiful and clean found the location with no problems

Home was clean and accommodating. Felt safe in neighborhood. We had an issue with the living room tv cutting out repeatedly and then an issue with bedroom smoke alarm going off during the night on two different nights disturbing our sleep. My girls loved the hot tub but outdoors could have been a little more cleaned up as there were sticks and sticker weeds. But otherwise was a decent stay.
The property was wonderful like a house in Sante Fe style, lots of beautiful outdoor space, cool weather was a great break from our desert home.

Beautiful property but
The property is beautiful but we had problems connecting to WIFI from day 1.They send someone to fix the problem the second day and we couldn’t watch the NBA finals because the WIFI only worked for an hour.
Beautiful home, well kept! Adding additional pots and pans would be ideal. Patio needs some TLC. It is in the middle of a forest, so pine needles, dirt and leaves are to be expected. We are pretty outdoorsy people so having a cleaner outdoor space would have been nice (or at least the tools to tidy it up ourselves). If you have more than one vehicle parking is TIGHT. 9 out of 10 for location, cleanliness of the house, comfortable beds. Would stay here again without hesitation.
Was somewhat disappointed with the cleanness. The cups and glasses were very dirty. Several cups had dust all over them. Some silverware were dirty. We had misplaced an item so was searching for it and looked under the sofa and there were chips, dirt and other items underneath. The front door was difficult to get into to. We put the code in but realized you have to really push on door so it’ll open.
The perfect house for a weekend getaway! Very clean, very nice home!
