Perfect Stay for Two-Week Conference

The four of us were looking for a nice alternative to doing a prolonged stay at a downtown hotel, and this lovely, spacious home was the perfect solution. It has ample bedrooms and bathrooms for four adults and a great open space/main room to gather in the evenings.

Spacious home

Home was spacious and very clean. Location could not be beat if you want to be near uptown but not actually be in uptown. Went to an event at the Bank of America stadium and was able to walk. Wife and I had a great time.

Great multi-generational stay in Uptown Charlotte

Our family chose to meet in Charlotte to celebrate the holidays this year. The property was well appointed, spacious enough for nine people with plenty of seating throughout including an enormous dining table fit for both Christmas dinner as well as games and activities. The kitchen setup is great with everything you can think of and the host was a wonderful communicator that thought of everything. I recommend this for anyone coming to stay in uptown Charlotte. We were nearby everything, a short Uber ride or walk away.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our family had an amazing stay at this lovely house! It was spotless, very comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The perfect home away from home!

We were in the area for conference. The home was a perfect spot to wind down after a long day. The overall amenities and location were great. We were within minutes from the conference location and restaurants. The owner was attentive and responded timely when needed.

Sweet Charlotte Getaway

We loved the overall look and feel of the house as well as the fire pit outside. We enjoyed the big screen TVs and the large living room. We also had a big group of students come to dinner and we enjoyed the large dining table. A great place tonstay!

The house was perfect for our family get-together. Plenty of room and kitchen was convenient for cooking meals. Neat and clean throughout. Location was close to everything we needed. We enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood as well!

This was a great place for a family.

Spacious and comfortable

This is a beautifully decorated, spacious, modern home. The outdoor space is so inviting. We loved the openness of the kitchen , dining and living spaces and the privacy of the bedrroms.. Easy check in and reasonable check out process that was clearly defined in a wonderfully detailed information notebook. . Highly recommend this property and our host, who communicated so well and checked in on our stay to ensure everything was exceptional. 5 out of 5 stars!

Fab Five Girlfriends

The house was very nice, just as pictured. Only problem we had was that it was 58 degrees when we arrived and found batteries were dead in thermostat. Communicated with host and was walked through replacing battery and worked fine. It was a chilly start.
