Insurance requires renters to be 25 years of age or older. No Parties or Events.

Security: There is a combination lock on front door; a Ring Doorbell Camera; two exterior security cameras pointing toward the street on the west and the east sides of the house, and a security camera inside the garage.

No open flames, candles, etc. of any type.

Like many AZ pools, it is not heated or fenced (sliding door has pool alarm option)

Luke AFB is located in a neighboring town, jets can be seen/heard during weekdays. Occasionally on weekends.

Two parking spaces available in driveway.

No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or anything beyond our control.

This is a peaceful neighborhood and we appreciate guests being respectful of our neighbors and observing quiet hours after 10pm.
