Spacious Beach Studio

This roomy Studio has everything you need to enjoy your vacation near the beach. Beautiful custom furnishings with hardwood floors, luxurious bathroom, full kitchen, and dining area. Everything provided including 4 beach cruiser bikes, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is no extra pet fee. Great neighborhood in North PB on Tourmaline just 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. Restaurants, bars, shops, all with walking distance. We even have the fixings for two margaritas, chips and salsa in your room ready for arrival.

Hi Vacationers, We've had so much fun and success with our Studio at the front of our property (VRBO185847) that we decided to add a second one in the back for all the people that are looking for a nice affordable vacation rental in San Diego.

We love living in North Pacific Beach. It's a great neighborhood with walking distance to the surf. Having vacation rentals gives us a chance to share the beach lifestyle with fellow travelers.
