Birthday weekend

This property is perfect for an overnight stay in the falls. Very clean and on a quiet street. You do have to drive to the Falls though as its a definitely not walking distance (nor does the listing suggest that). Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was very clean and well organized. We were able to walk to the falls and save ourselves 40 parking there. It was a leisurely walk of 30 minutes and beautiful sights on the way. We especially loved the yard seating. It is so nice to have such a nice place to sit outside at the VRBO . The host responded very quickly when we had an issue with getting in. She was able to fix it immediately.

Somderful place

The place is REALLY nice!! Just outside the craziness of Niagara Falls City but close enough that you can walk to the Falls. The place is nice and clean and rooms are very comfortable
