The apartment has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom, a private balcony with ocean views and outdoor chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker and it has all the basics for cooking. There is a second full bathroom in the living room.

All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.
