Please Note: If this Condo is not available I have another Condo in the same Complex , you can view it on VRBO/9650112 Bucerias is a quaint Authentic Mexican Beachside town just 20 km north of Puerto Vallarta . This 2 Bedroom Studio Condo is in an upscale building and has one of the best pools in Bucerias as well as location , it is located right in the middle of town. This Condo is very bright with 9 ft. ceilings and a view of the pool and ocean , many great restaurants and shops just outside your front gate , but not so close it interferes with the peace, tranquility, safety at your unit , you can walk everywhere ,no need for a car .It`s on the ground floor located on the corner of the building and is very private , no elevators or corridors to deal with , there is no balcony however you are only steps out your side door to the beautiful infinity pool and sandy beach. The Master bedroom has a king bed it`s own bathroom with walk in shower, ceiling fan , A/C unit , T.V. , lots of storage and electronic safe.The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed it`s own bathroom with walk in shower, ceiling fan, A/C unit , It is open concept but can be closed off with pocket sliding doors for total privacy. It comes fully equipped with everything you would need , Dishwasher, , built in oven, stove, fridge , all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops , washer & dryer , Hi speed Wi-Fi , Shaw Satellite T.V. , 55 " T.V. ,your own private parking stall, Propane Gas BBQ located just outside your side door. Amazing soft sandy beach less then 50 steps out your door that you can walk for miles with several restaurants and bars on the beach.This building is very quiet with only 31 units , gym facing the ocean, gated 24/7 security , 65 ft. infinite pool with lots of lounge chairs around the pool , also provide just for you is your own beach chairs and umbrella so you can enjoy yourself anywhere on the beach , this is a non -smoking building .

Wonderful place to stay

We’ve been traveling to Bucerias for at least 15 years and have stayed in several condos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Al & Sue’s studio unit. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our comfort. The location is perfect for dining options and shops. Public transportation is also close by. Looking forward to another stay in Punta Arena in the future.

Beautiful Condominium Complex

The complex is beautiful but there is next door construction going on daily and when we were there also at the complex. Overall it’s a great place.

Beautiful property/Great Location

The location of the building, the pool area, and it being right on the beach were all perfect! The property owner was so helpful with navigating to Bucerias and what to do once we got there! I chose this particular condo because it is ground level and I had recently had my knee replaced (and it was cheaper). It ended up that I would have been fine with steps and we did miss having a deck to sit on and look out at the ocean, but other than that it was a great week!

Beach+Sun=Fun!!

Could not have asked for a better location. Close to all the restaurants and shops that you could need. Condo is beautiful and very tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you need. It was great to have access to beach chairs to get our toes in the sand. We will be back. Thanks, Al & Sue

Great stay

The condo was very nicely decorated. The kitchen fan didn’t work . The second bathroom shower didn’t have hot water.. The outside construction created a horrible mess outside the door with falling debris , chunks of concrete. Aside from that it’s a really good place to stay , clean, safe . The pool and location to the beach is awesome. Also so many places to eat and close by . Al was great at responding. We will definitely book again !

Fun stay!

We had a great time staying at this condo in Bucerias. The accommodations were pretty and comfy and slept 4 adults easily. The kitchen was well-equipped. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was fantastic and we spent a lot of time in it when we weren’t out exploring. We did have a few glitches during our stay, such as the fridge not being set cool enough (with no easy way for us to self-adjust), and the air conditioner going out, but they were addressed promptly, so no harm, no foul. We even experienced a Cat 3 hurricane while there! That resulted in wet bedroom and kitchen floors in the middle of the night. Can’t fault the owner for that, of course, and he sent a cleaning crew promptly to take care of it, and even bought us a nice dinner for the inconvenience. He didn’t have to do that, but we really appreciated it! And the property management quickly cleaned up the downed branches and debris on the property and its portion of the beach. All in all, a great place to stay!

A view to die for😃

Everything was just perfect. Unit was very well equipped and just as listed. Al’s directions were very clear.very secure complex. On site personnel were very helpful. The infinity pool has a ocean view that is perfect. Short walk down beach to center of Bucerias or walk the other direction for a awesome meal at Karen’s on the beach. Will definitely be coming back.

Love this place

Nothing but good things to say. I’m familiar with Bucerias so I knew the location was in the best area for me and my kids. Booking was easy, communication with host was impeccable, property / condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back again.

Great, perfect location. Unfortunately, heavy building construction everyday from about 9 am to 6 pm on both sides of the building so the stay was really interrupted by that and not relaxing. Won't be done until sometime in 2023. Unit had a few tattered/ripped chairs. Despite all this, condo has everything you need. Wifi great. A/C and fans great. The grounds are clean, smaller building, well-appointed and the staff was terrific. Felt safe. Priceless pool and views from it. Would stay again but after all that construction is completed.

Gorgeous property in a prime location!

I recently stayed with my best friend and we had an amazing time! The condo and property are beautiful and located in a prime location. With a peaceful watch along the beach you will find many great restaurants. I recommend getting a massage on the beach! Mimi is amazing. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops all around the condo. I highly recommend checking out this town versus staying in PV, one of my top trips!

Condo on the beach

This place is stunning! Right on the beach, easy access to everything. Al was wonderful at letting us know places to eat and how to grocery shop. Will definitely look at renting again.

Wonderful space, centrally located right on the beach

Had a wonderful stay in 'the studio' . Al is one of the most communicative hosts I have 'met'. The unit is ideal for a couple alone or with a small family. Two couples- who know each other WELL- could also be comfortable. The unit is fully equipped with everything one needs for a short or long stay. Cannot beat the location- in the heart of Bucerias. We did miss not having a balcony- but we spent so much time outside-on the pool deck or beach-that it didn't matter at the end of the day. The whole block is small,quiet and spotless. The staff are wonderful- Tito and Antonia where always there to help. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic hideaway on gorgeous beach!

The condo was more beautiful than the pictures displayed. It was a little tricky finding because from the street it doesn't look like there's an entrance but once you pull into the narrow entrance and up to the security gate this big beautiful condominium complex looms in front of you. Tho we don't speak a lot of English, the security staff on hand was very helpful in getting a hold of the property manager for any questions. There is one of the staff members there that does speak English so try to get a hold of him and his name is Noal-m. The condo is on the south side of the property downstairs with quick access to the pool and the beach. We brought our collapsible fishing poles and actually would go out and just cast and serve fish right in front of the condo which was a lot of fun and appreciated that solicitors weren't allowed to approach us on the property. The master bed room had a very firm and comfortable mattress. The condo is full of everything you need during your stay including some seasonings which was nice! You have everything you need to make a meal and the barbecue feature outside was perfect! There were oyster divers out in front of our condo and I was able to purchase fresh oysters directly from the water and barbecue them! We did rent a car and had stocked up at Costco and the Mega store . During our stay ..we felt like we were the only ones there! The pool is spectacular and the staff does amazing job on keeping everything clean! Everything is walking distance and we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. We highly recommend Al & Sue's place. Just wish you could have stayed longer :-) thank you!

Perfect condo for a couple or family

We came with a group of twelve friends who all stayed at Punta Arena in different condos. Our condo had everything we could possibly need down to beach umbrellas and towels. The weather was perfect and restaurants were open despite COVID. Everything was perfectly clean and sanitized in the condo and most restaurants take your temperature for safety. Al was very attentive to our needs and next time we go, we’ll definitely stay here again! Thanks Al and Sue for a perfect vacation! Steve and Kris

Absolutely adorable! It was clean, spacious, decorated perfectly, anything you would want was there. Close proximity to anything and everything you would want, I highly recommend!! And, everything is very Covid safe and friendly in Bucerias. Also, $14 massages on the beach. Book it!!!!!

Lovely stay

This condo was perfect for a relaxing stay. Clean, well stocked condo with comfortable bed and every amenity. Perfect location --no need for car. The pool was beautiful and clean. The ocean view was so nice that we just sat on the pool deck several nights watching the sunset rather than going out to eat. There was hardly anyone at the complex, so we felt very safe and secure (both in terms of general security as well as the ease of ability to socially distance and avoid illness) The gym has a beautiful view of the ocean, is clean, and we had it to ourselves. Love the Pool!

This was perfect for what we needed. We purchased a condo in another building close to this one that we just took possession of. We were in and out the entire time but had time to enjoy the beautiful pool. It was the perfect temperature and we had it to ourselves most days. Al was great to work out any issues we had and so was the property manager. It is great value for being right on the beach. Location is fantastic!

Awesome condo suite

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Punta Arena in the Studio suite. The condo was perfect and satisfied all our needs. Our hosts Al & Sue were fantastic and awesome to deal with - and we had a lot of questions for them! We would highly recommend this condo to our friends & family. Thanks again Al & Sue for such a wonderful vacation and especially allowing us a late check-out with our late flight home. We certainly hope to return in the near future. Great location for all that Bucerías has to offer

This comfortable flat made it easy for us to relax, walk on the beach, swim laps, and eat out at the many wonderful restaurants here. Al was a great and patient communicator throughout. Thanks Al!

Location, Location, Location Restaurants and shops just out your door .We wanted to be right on the beach that you can walk for miles and miles with a great pool and feel very safe.

What makes this property unique

Don`t need a car to get around , but most of all the Mexican Authentic feeling of a small little town.
