Beautiful property, great location and friendly and helpful staff.

This was our first time staying at this property in Bucerias. We really enjoyed our stay! So much so that we invited our friends who were staying nearby to come and see this property. We look forward to staying there again with them in the future.

Beautiful property and great location

Our unit was clean, spacious, and had a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The bed, pillows and bedding were comfortable. The pool was awesome with easy beach access.

Great Property, Great Location

This is a great property, right on the beach and close to restaurants. Pool was fantastic and access to the beach is right there. The staff was equally awesome and very responsive to all our needs. The unit was very comfortable and had everything you would need. I highly recommend this property and when we return to Bucerias, we will stay here again.

This property is right on the beach, yet easy walking to many of the fine restraunts that Bucerias offers. It hss a trrrific heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi and they are kept pristine. The staff is really friendly and helpful and make you feel like this is your jome away from home.

The condo was in the perfect location! Jorge and the staff were amazing! It was so clean and comfortable. The bed was great and we slept so well! We would absolutely recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back! A true 5 star experience!!

Great Location and very good Staff

The unit was very nice, the complex is good and interesting and the location is great. There were several things in the unit which needed attention and the Staff attended to these but it took a little time.

Fabulous!

Great location on the beach in the golden zone! Walking distance to everything, restaurants, bars, Centro Bucerias and hospital. The service level is the best I have experienced in Mexico! From arrival to departure, the staff is friendly and professional! I booked my airport transportation with them too. They have 24 hour security and a bar/grill at the pool with great prices.

Perfect!

Everything about this property is as depicted in the photos and even better in person! Everyone who works here from the manager, bar manager, concierge, security, cleaning staff, maintenance are so welcoming and friendly and any issues that may come up are dealt with swiftly and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The condo and the whole building , pool and grounds are so clean . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our 5 weeks went by much to quickly!

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful View.

This Condo is beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we need to cook for ourselves, even though its not necessary as there is so many great restaurants within walking distance. The unit was clean and spotless on arrival and had great AC for those mid day breaks to beat the heat. The building itself was clean, safe, secure. The building, corridors and pool are all kept in immaculate condition by the wonderful staff and security. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay while we relaxed on our honeymoon!

Great location

The unit was beautiful and spacious. Great sunset views. However, most of the dishes were dirty and we had to wash everything eg there was still coffee in the cups which had been put away, greasy plates and glasses…normally not a big deal but we paid a fortune for the place so had higher expectations. We had housekeeping once although we were there for 3weeks and were supposed to have it once a week. Kitchen utensils greatly lacking in everything. Conclusion…would we rent there again? Yes! Because of the location.

Wonderful Staff and great central Bucerias location.

Very comfortable accommodations. There was a side view of the ocean which had the benefits of the outdoor lanai being in the shade most of day. Our view overlooked a forestry residential area which made us feel part of Bucerias. We loved seeing the Iguanas in the trees. The only small drawback was that one side of the L-shaped lanai partly faced a wall but we were still able to view the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Mareya the property manager was knowledgeable and attentive and answered every request within minutes. Martin in the outdoor pool restaurant made great snacks, hamburgers, hotdogs and drinks, The doormen and women, security, and maids all were so sweet and friendly. I was also very happy that the price of the condo included cleaning halfway through our 14 day staff. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. Gratias to all.

Very beautiful condo . The space is big and quiet. The pool is clean. Steps from the beach. Mireya will help you with what ever you need. Excellent service. Great place for couples or families. The food in Bucerias is the best. Would highly recommend .
