The cutest little house in the Wilmington area! It was conveniently located to downtown, the beach, etc. The house was supplied with anything you might need and the host was amazing with responding quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here & look forward to staying here again in the future

We had a wonderful stay and the host Ariana was amazing! Close to everything. The cottage was inviting and very cozy with so much personality. The cottage had literally everything you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend if looking for a great place to stay Wilmington, NC. We stayed in Wilmington Sept 10-14 I lost my mother on Sept 13th and my birthday is September 9 so it was to be away from work during some hard days and to also celebrate my birthday. An added bonus is we are huge One Tree Hill fans and went to all the places which were nothing over a 10 mins drive from the place. We loved every things about this place. The cozy vibes it gave the beds were super comfy, the side porch I loved doing my devotion time every morning over coffee that was supplied for us along with creamer. If you wanted to cook the place has everything you need. We even looked up housing prices while there because we loved the area so much. If we could have bought the house we stayed in we would have in a second I love everything about it.

Why they chose this property

The Side Piece Cottage was lovingly restored from the roof down to the floors by a talented local builder. My husband and loved it so much that we got married in the backyard under the Pergola. From the gorgeous wide-plank wood floors to the stunning reclaimed porch overhangs, every little detail in the cottage has been carefully thought out. Guests frequently comment on how beautiful, clean, and comfortable the cottage is. We have been asked multiple times by professional photographers if they can rent the cottage for photo shoots. It really is a magical spot :)

What makes this property unique

We offer lots of little extras that most Air BnBs don't, like snacks and a coffee bar. We recycle and use earth-friendly cleaners, linens, soaps and shampoos (except for the Keurig--sorry planet!). Our mattresses are high end and the sheets are so soft that we are often asked where we get them from. We provide an interactive wall display with a map of Wilmington and guide to our favorite places. We clean the cottage ourselves because we do not trust cleaning companies to do as thorough of a job.

The best part? You do not have to do ANY cleaning before you leave. NOTHING. No one should have to clean on vacay!

If you are not happy for any reason, we will make it right.
