Welcome to the freshly renovated, Regency Isle Unit 907. Once of the best 2 bedroom floor plans along the Alabama Gulf Coast! Spend your Beach Vacation in an upscale 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo in one of the premier rental complexes in Orange Beach. Great views of the Gulf and beach from living room! This unit is extremely spacious with a large open living area. A HUGE balcony furnishes space and privacy. The kitchen is equipped to cook your favorite meal with everything you may need including a large refrigerator/freezer, granite counter tops, separate wet bar with its own sink and built in ice maker. Each of the extra large bedrooms have their own private bath. There is also a separate large utility room and convenient half bath.
The Master Suite offers an indulgent retreat with its own private balcony access. It features a comfortable King bed for restful nights. The spa-like bathroom is designed for relaxation and convenience, equipped with double sinks, a vanity that includes make-up seating, and a large, newly renovated, luxurious walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a separate, spacious walk-in closet to accommodate all your storage needs.
The second bedroom is equally impressive in size and is furnished with two Queen beds, offering ample sleeping space. It is connected to a full, newly renovated private bathroom that features a convenient tub/shower combination.
You will enjoy the view of the Gulf from the kitchen sink as well as just about anywhere from inside this condo as well as the panoramic Gulf view from your Big Gulf front private balcony. There are also 4 gas grills on the ground level under the large gazebo, adjacent to the pool area complete with grill cleaning utensils, picnic tables and a HUGE, lush, green grassy play area.

One parking pass is included with your reservation. If you need an additional pass, one can be purchased for $40 plus tax. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, if you need a second pass, please let us know at least 48 hours before check in. *The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
