Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you found the home very clean. We are sorry to hear, however, that several items were not in proper condition during your stay. Our local team has since delivered a new baby gate and chalk, confirmed that the pool table has all its balls, addressed the missing bed boards, and cleaned the popcorn machine. Regarding the moisture and mildew-like smell in the pool area, one of the pool fans was not working, which caused the excess humidity. A new fan has been ordered and will be replaced as soon as possible. We’ll also be sharing your feedback with our listings team in regards to the view to ensure everything is accurately reflected moving forward. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a smoother and more enjoyable stay.
