Lower Grape, Midtown Home 3bed&1bath

Cozy two bedroom, one bath located in the heart of midtown Anchorage. Ten minutes from the airport or downtown, five minutes UAA or Providence Hospital, with grocery stores and gas stations right around the corner. In two minutes you can find yourself pulling onto the Seward Highway for a visit to anywhere as far south as Kenai, or north as Fairbanks. Our home is perfect for visitors to Alaska or Alaskans needing a place to call home during short stays.

Family friendly home in a quiet, low traffic neighborhood. The entire unit has modern updates throughout. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen size bed and bedroom 2 is furnished with two queen size beds and a 43” TV. Spacious living room has a large sectional with a pull out piece for extra room to lounge or sleep on and a 50” TV for everyone to enjoy.

Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, crockpot, a griddle, blender, anything you have at home, we may have it too. A comfortable dining table that seats four and a breakfast bar for 2 more so all meals may be enjoyed together. If your trip has a business component, you’ll find a nice home office space to fulfill your professional needs.

Full sized washer and dryer in unit with all the laundry essentials.

Wonderful stay

This place had everything I needed for a long term stay. It is conveniently located in the city to get anywhere in a short period of time. The neighborhood is quiet with a small nature park at the corner.

Anchorage Fun

Kathy had a beautiful duplex, we stayed in the lower level and our friends were in the upper level. This was the best ever property for traveling in Anchorage. Near the airport, downtown and just a hop on the highway to go anywhere. Absolutely the best stocked property I have stayed at, Kathy had everything you could possibly need. As a Travel Agent I would definitely recommend to my clients.

This home was very clean, and cutely decorated. It was well stocked with seasonings, condiments, and coffee. The owner was easily contacted and got back to me in a timely manner. For working people, this Vrbo had a separate office space. The neighborhood looked a little run down, but we had no problems, so I would stay there again.

Warm, Clean, centrally located for our purposes. Well stocked with necessities. Needed to child proof for a visiting toddler but no worries. Dish washer seems to have something wrong with it. the washer whistles at the beginning of the rinse cycle and snores at the beginning of the spin cycle but the clothes come out clean. We had a great time, thanks for your patience with our slow electronic communication habits.

We booked this rental on pretty short notice while we passed through Anchorage for a couple days. The rental is very spacious and comfortable. Easily one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have stayed in. There were nice touches (such as children's plates and utilities) that made the space really easy to be in with our toddler.
