Located in the oceanfront Niihau Building, your top-floor corner unit features unobstructed ocean views. Enjoy morning coffee and the sound of the waves on your breezy private lanai. Whip up beach snacks in the kitchenette - with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Extras include AC, high-speed WiFi, TV, and beach towels.
THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer. However, towel exchanges are offered for guests every Monday and Thursday. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC. Third-floor unit, no elevator.

Fabulous stay!
This was our second time staying in this unit and we already booked for next year. The location is fantastic and centrally located to both ends of the island. The view is amazing, the pool and hot tub are clean and refreshing, and the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The Coconut Market Place is next to the Islander and there are a few great restaurants on the property.
Great! Beautiful views on what felt like a private beach! The place was very clean and cozy! Would stay here again!

Location, Location, Location
The condo is a simple “hotel room” style studio, but it was perfect for us. And the Location was amazing! Both the beachfront location (with amazing ocean views and listening to the waves from the lanai!), and also the location in Kapaa and right behind the Coconut Marketplace - it was fantastic! I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a hotel style condo with a truly great location!

Best condo I’ve ever rented. It was overlooking the beach, had a very comfortable bed and cute lanai where we had our coffee and many of our meals. Beautiful grounds too!
This was the perfect spot for my partner and I. Right on the ocean front and centrally located to get anywhere on the island quickly. We had an amazing stay!
This condo worked out perfectly for our family of three. It was very clean, well stocked, and most of all had a great view of the ocean! We found it to be centrally located for the activities we had planned. The resort grounds and pool area are beautifully landscaped with many different types of plants and flowers. This has definitely set the bar high for the other places we stay on the other islands of our Hawaii trip.
Couldn't have asked for any better accomodations. The room was perfect for 2, fantastic views, convenient, central location to see the whole island. We would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful location - steps from the beach, excellent view. Appreciated the included parking pass. Would recommend that the listing also note that the property also has 2 portable coolers and 2 beach chairs; if it's listed, I missed it, and rented it from a local shop
Clean room with comfy beds and pillows. The highlight, of course, is the ocean view from the balcony. Impressive sunrises made our early wake ups worth it. Highly recommend!
We had everything we needed. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at islander on the beach and we really enjoy it.
Having an ocean front room is so nice.
