This multi-level, five-bedroom home is located right on the beach and provides guests with easy access to the soft sands and sparkling waters of the Atlantic. Don't worry about getting sand inside the home - there is an enclosed outdoor shower on the ground-level patio with hot and cold water for rinsing off after spending the day at the beach. There is an elevator that will facilitate access to all floors.

The first level of the home features four out of five bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms and an extensive deck with a couple of Adirondack chairs and partial ocean views. The upper level has a light-flooded open floor plan, the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a half bathroom. Kick back and relax in the inviting living room, watch a favorite show on the large TV, plan your next adventures, take a rejuvenating nap, or simply unwind while the chef of the group prepares delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Then, gather at the eight-person dining table to enjoy the feast. The breakfast bar adds six extra stools. Additional amenities include a desk with a printer, a Keurig coffee maker, and a second extensive deck with plenty of seating options.

The elevator is not operational until June 1st, 2023 due to maintenance.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Very Nice Beach Stay

The home was very lovely and with easy access to the beach. It was a pretty well stocked kitchen with supplies. Glad there was plenty of silverware and plates. We would def rent again if gee get another opportunity. We had lots of space for seven people.

Needs work

The place was cleaner this year than last year ( 2nd year we booked in a row) but still needed extra care. Mold and mildew still in 2nd floor bathrooms that was reported previously in September by other renter. There was dog hair on master suite bed pillows and sheets and evidence of dog scratching leather couch.

Great house for a relaxing getaway!

The layout of the house is great! (Elevator was out of service for our stay… which was a bit of an issue. Company did reach out and tell us 3 days prior to trip…🤷‍♀️.). The location to the beach is perfect, decks are awesome, kitchen well stocked, beach chairs and games are ready and waiting for you! A gas grill available as well. Overall- a great home to rent for a larger group (or a group that needs some space.)
