Welcome to this brand new beautiful four bedroom, four bathroom duplex located in Surf City, NC on Topsail Island. This waterfront property has absolutely breathtaking views of the Intercoastal Waterway and can sleep up to twelve guests.

This brand new construction located in the heart of Surf City offers a spacious living room and an open kitchen with a large center island. Enjoy amazing sunsets off both balconies! Walk over to the beach within minutes. Less than a mile to all the shops and restaurants that the area has to offer! Or simply relax in hammock or play shuffleboard with the family.

A great perk of this waterfront property is that it is dog friendly, allowing up to two dogs maximum weight of 50 pounds or less.

And if work calls or you want to work remotely at the beach, a great office space is available.

Great Location for Large Groups

I took a group of HS Youth from our church to this house and it was perfect. Great bunk room that is perfect for housing multiple kids. Kitchen is amazing and well stocked, and the location is a short walk to the beach. Super cleanly and enjoyable. Would highly recomend especially to large families or other similar groups!

Great house, close to the beach. If you have a large family I would bring a grill, the one there is small. If you are short like me bring a step stool! The house is well stocked with kitchen items and spices. Would book it again

Great house in surf city

Clean, bright, well-furnished house. Not only were all basic needs met, the kitchen was very well furnished for our group of 10 people. We would stay here again anytime we are in surf city.Only negative (which is not a fault of the house) is there is no crosswalk to get across the road to the beach. This is a problem in general all across surf city and topsail if you are on the wrong side of the road.

Perfect Surf City Rental!

We just stayed at Sunset Haven for 5 nights and it was everything we were looking for in a rental- a short walk to the beach, big enough to house 8 (or more) adults/teens comfortably, a living room perfect for family time & entertaining, peaceful & quiet but close to restaurants & groceries, and really key, have a view. The photos are 100% accurate! Sunset Haven had everything we needed, plenty of dishes and utensils to cook dinner, beach chairs and towels. Sunsets on the back porches were amazing. I emailed Jenny a couple of times with questions and she responded very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to rent Sunset Haven again.

Beach week

The positive of this house or it’s very well situated, it’s extremely clean and has a wonderful view of the sunsets. The cons of this home are the stairway up to bedrooms and living space. They are quite steep and are laminate flooring so can be slippery for children or pets. Out dogs had issues with the stairs so we had to carry them up and down which was a bit troublesome. Lastly as mentioned previously, the beds are quite firm so it might be an issue if you are a side sleeper. Overall it is a beautiful home that is extremely clean and made for a very nice trip.
