NEW LUXERY 3 BR CONDO BREATHTAKING VIEWS OF OCEAN 200m wifi! Great Long Term!

La Vista is an exclusive gated condominium found at the top of the hills of Playa Tamarindo, the most famous beach in Costa Rica! LaVista is a short 3 minute drive to Tamarindo beach and the many fine restaurants, bars, and shops that give the town its personality. Blessed with magnificent ocean views, La Vista offers a beach condominium lifestyle with all the amenities one would expect from an area known as “The Gold Coast” of Costa Rica. You will experience views of the ocean, the coastline, the beach, the surrounding valleys, and the ever-changing views of sunsets over the water.

A service fee of $5 per guests 12 and over, will be invoiced after booking. This is for security bracelets ensuring access to the property and maximizes security protocols. This fee applies to all bookings after January 15, 2026. Additional services are available: breakfast onsite for $12 USD or transportation for $8 USD. Both prices are subject to VAT and are per person, per day. The shuttle schedule is provided in the welcome package.

Awesome view

Loved the condo, it is beautiful and clean. It was perfect set up for my husband, 2 adult children and myself. The walk from condo to Tamarindo area is a steep hill; just fyi.

Best view in town

Jeff’s property was even better than advertised. The view-especially at sunset was nothing short of spectacular. Accessing the property is something to be mindful of - but it is well worth it!!!

Incredible Property, Amazing View

This property is amazing in every way. The unit was spotless, beds were ultra comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, and the absolute best view in Tamarindo. The outdoor patio is literally 10 steps to the pool, which is never crowded. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this property. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in Tamarindo.

Peaceful & Perfect

First time to Costa Rica and this place was AMAZING. My friend and i felt very comfortable and safe the whole trip. it was so peaceful and relaxing. There is construction next door but didn’t bother us at all. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short, but Jeff was great to work with easy communication and very understandable. Views were amazing. Condo was very nice. When the property and surrounding area is finished, it will be a wonderful place to revisit.

Amazing help in a pinch

We were booked into another property in Tamarindo but when we arrived, they had no running water. 24 hours later they still had no water and it was the busiest Spring Break week of the year. Fortunately, Jeff and JP helped us get into this property at the last minute, even getting us checked in before we had worked out payment. I can’t say enough about how great they are to work with as well as how amazing this property is. It is so great that we stayed there two different times over the course of a two week period!! Absolutely recommended for the best stay in Tamarindo.

BEST CONDO EVER

We absolutely loved our stay here. Yes, there is construction being done in the area but don’t let that keep you from renting here. We never heard any noise at all. The condo is so beautiful and so nicely decorated, felt like a 5 star resort. Loved sitting on the back porch to relax and the view from the infinity pool was incredible. Would have stayed here forever if we could. Highly recommend this one!!!

Great property and owner

Could not ask for a better view! The unit was fantastic also. Plenty of space, very clean and modern. The only downside to this property is the constant construction nearby. Starts at 6 am and it's loud. That said, once the construction is completed, this place is going to be perfect!

Family vacay

The view is amazing. The location is not bad...short drive to the shops and restaurants. The condo is on a steep drive up the mountain. Construction on a new complex behind this unit is blocking the parking lots so you have to park further up the mountain and hike to and from unit...which can be challenging with the rain/mud. There is constant noise from tools. Once the parking is complete and the new unit is finished it will be a great condo.

Fantastic condo

Great stay. Brand new condo with all you need for a perfect stay. Lots of constructions around made for early wake ups. Costa Rican contractor work 7 days a week it seems. But the insonorisation was decent. Jeff was really good to give us feedback and answers on all our questions. We would go there again for sure. Cheers. M

Beautiful place and nice views.

Very nice new condo with amazing views, excellent furnishings, and a nice pool. The only downside was an issue dealing with an overzealous security guard and the fact that the condo complex is in a construction zone. I’m sure when the large condo project is completed that will no longer be a factor. Also be advised if it’s raining you will most likely need a four wheel drive vehicle to make it up the hill to the condo as the road is very steep.

Great location and view

The view is amazing. This complex will be great once complete. There is construction right next door but that was expected. Recommend definitely renting a car and bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. Other than that the condo is supplied with everything else you could need including spices and cooking oils. The rooms each have their own AC units and fans. Very nice to have both!

Brand new condominium with amazing view

The condo itself is fantastic. Clean, spacious, modern, nice pool, great sitting area, amazing view of ocean. Both Jeff the owner and Chris the manager were easy to deal with. Check in was simple. Check out was easy too. This is a brand new build and neighboring buildings are still under construction. This means guests for the next few months will have to deal with construction items like contractors and dirt roads. But once complete this property will be absolutely phenomenal. I would stay here again.

Frolic in Tamarindo

Amazing Property. It is far up the hill, but the views and the pool are stunning. Sunset is amazing. And Uber from town to the house is only about $6 - very much worth it. Only issue to consider is that construction next door is still ongoing. They keep it quiet and hidden from view. But it is there. Still, once that construction is finished I bet the price will double. It is a bargain right now.

Wonderful stay at La Vista in Tamarindo

We enjoyed our stay at La Vista! Despite the construction taking place behind the condo building, the view from the condo and pool was absolutely beautiful. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 6 and had everything we needed to be set for the week. And the proximity to town was perfect as well. We could be on the beach in minutes, but could also retreat to enjoy the quiet and the view that the condo location offered. We cannot say enough about Chris, the property manager, as well. He helped navigate a few situations involving the construction site to ensure that we had adequate parking and access. He also went above and beyond in helping us plan some excursions, and even helped facilitate retrieving a forgotten item at a hotel earlier in our trip. He was awesome. La Vista is a gem!

Not Ready Yet For Prime Time

While this will be a beautiful property when finished, there are some significant challenges right now with on-site construction (begins at 6 am and goes till night time) and a very challenging mostly broken dirt road up to the unit (a 4x4 is a must!). The views are spectacular and the host is genuine about making this a premier property at some point. Unfortunately, the on-site property management could not repair the master bed during our stay, but the owner was empathetic and made things right.

Stunningly beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful condo, over looking a panoramic view of the coast of Tamarindo. The views are stunning and pictures don’t do it justice. The condo itself is very well stocked. You will not need or want anything that isn’t in the kitchen. Everything is high end and in excellent condition. Actual tide pods to do laundry, and towels that are soft and plush. Master suite king bed is comfy, with a large ensuite and remote controlled blinds that open up to the great views of the ocean and shared infinity pool. The drive up the hill is a bit of a trek, and you will certainly need a car to get to the hustle and bustle of town. The construction next door is a bit inconvenient, but wasn’t anything that ruins the trip. Definite recommend.

Fantastic Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay and to get this out of the way: everything was as advertised. Particularly, we enjoyed spending time on the patio and the gorgeous sunset over the ocean view that came with it. The common area was quiet with a great infinity pool, big enough for laps. We saw the pool get cleaned daily. The condo was very clean and modern. It had a full set of appliances and was also very well stocked with kitchenware. The artwork was a nice touch; we especially liked the mural in the living area. You can’t miss the construction, though I wouldn’t say it’s noisy. The parking feels like it’s part of the construction zone. Once inside the condo you do not see the construction. The hill up and down from town, mostly dirt, is steep and can be tricky to navigate especially with other cars coming and going. The views are unbelievable and everyone was super friendly.

Spectacular Condo overlooking Playa Tamarindo

Had a few issues, but Jeff (owner) was responsive, understanding and helped us out from afar.Pros:- Construction nearly complete. No distractions. 2nd pool is open (I swam laps nearly every day)- On-site staff very friendly and hard-working keeping the grounds beautiful and well-maintained.- Quiet, especially at night and early morning. Very relaxing. - Condo well supplied with high-end artwork, cooking tools, pool towels, candles for ambiance, and even toilet paper was nice! and much more!- Comfortable bed, blackout curtains, AC, washer/dryer worked great, ceiling fans in every room.- Fun beaches nearby to explore (4X4 comes in handy for beach roads too!)- Our favorite restaurant was Pangas Beach Club. Everything was absolutely delicious in a beautiful setting at mouth of EstuaryCons:- The biggest con is the road up to the condo complex. It's quite steep with big bumps and holes. - There's no way to really walk anywhere from the condo; have to drive up and down scary hill. Definitely need a 4x4 (maybe even an ATV or heavy duty golf cart) - It's mostly a beach town and not close to typical Costa Rica adventures like hiking, rainforest, ziplining, canopy tours, etc. - Communication with local property management not great
