Guests have full access to the entire house and yard, including the private turquoise dock, attached deck, screened patio, 25-foot wide driveway and attached carport. We provide 4 adult and 2 youth kayaks, 2 stand up paddleboards, and a floating swim mat.

We provide unscented premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. There is also a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent sheets.
We are located on a peaceful canal just minutes from the majestic, crystal clear Weeki Wachee River that leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico just a mile downstream. Public boat ramps are located nearby. Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is a short drive away, or five miles upstream on the river. We include up to six kayaks (must be requested in advance). Bring your boat, canoe, or paddleboard, or just rent a boat nearby to experience the wildlife and beauty of Florida’s Nature Coast. The kids will also want to visit the Buccaneer Bay waterpark, the white sand beach at Pine Island, and the world-famous LIVE MERMAID SHOW only minutes away. At the end of the day you can cook your own catch or dine at one of many great local restaurants.
