About this property

Cudjoe Key Home with a View

We are so excited to share our little piece of paradise with you! Our unit is located a short walk away from all the amenities the Venture Out community has to offer such as a pool, hot tub, lagoon, bocce ball, tennis courts, playground and boat marina.

On the property we have a 2-person hybrid kayak for your enjoyment. We also provide table games (we love a game night) as well as the equipment to play bocce ball and darts which can be played in the recreation center.
Other things to note
There is a community/resort fee of $107.50 that is collected from guests at the security gate upon arrival. The community allows one personal vehicle, one motorcycle and one golf cart on the property.

Amazing location!

Communication with host was easy.Walking to the pool and lagoon was such a blast. Veey fun for kids and super easy to take kids swimming. So much to do just outside the door, including swimming, fishing, relaxing, boat-watching. There are even bocce ball courts and a big game room.Televisions with internet in both bedrooms. HOA a strict on the parking of extra vehicle, but security guards provided a list of off-site parking options nearby. I will gladly stay here again in the future! So many fun memories made!

Venture Out Cudjoe Key

I was advised 2 days prior to arrival that an additional fee of $113.00 for guest fees for Venture Out was needed. Unit was clean and orderly. No bathroom guest soaps, bathroom towels were well worn. There was no guest instructions listing of responsibilities. The unit was well used with various broken floor tiles. It was much smaller than expected. Did have issues with the WIFI which was resolved in a few hours with the owner. Disappointed.
