Sparkling clean and beautifully remodeled 2Bd/2Ba vacation home that features OPEN WATER views with great boating access to the ocean or gulf! This home is fully furnished will all the amenities for an over the top vacation experience. This waterfront paradise features a 35' concrete seawall with cleats, dock posts, fish table and BBQ grill to cook your catch! Main living room offers high ceilings with awesome views of the water and leads to a spacious covered porch overlooking the water. This home is designer decorated with lovely accents and decor throughout. Kitchen features clean and white kitchen cabinets with full line of appliances and granite countertops. Living room features lots of comfortable seating with queen sleeper sofa, love seat and 2 comfortable chairs with a large flat screen television with full expanded cable and you will enjoy splendid water views. Master bedroom features a king size bed with lots of closet storage and full size private bathroom. Guest bedroom features a queen bed with closet storage and access to the hallway full bathroom. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, heat, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, tile floor, BBQ grill, fish table, expanded cable, ceiling fans, patio furniture and covered porch. You'll set your mind at ease when you stay at this beautiful home in the Florida Keys!
7 day minimum during lobster season. No Smoking, No Pets. There is a resort usage fee of $125 payable upon arrival at entrance at security gate to Venture Out.

Rental agreement is agreed upon at booking and pre-registration form of guests must be completed prior to stay or when checking in at the security gate.

The community will be limiting overflow parking lot spaces (which is at a nightly fee to guest). They will only be able to accommodate for one spot for an extra car or boat trailer if available; do know there's a driveway at the home to park a car, this is only in regards to extra cars or boat trailers.
If no spots are available guest will need to find a spot outside of the park. We understand this is a great inconvenience so we have negotiated a spot for a trailer at a nearby marina at a rate of $20 a day, if interested please let us know so we notify the marina. Thank you

Beautiful property and community. Well kept and maintained. We were on a canal and water was so pretty! Very spacious house, furniture was comfortable and beach. The air conditioner worked great, the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great!

Clean Place. Great location. Friendly neighbors.

Check in was easy. However, was not as stated in the initial check in email. House was clean. Had everything we needed. The location was amazing. We were central to everything. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. The pool was very clean too. We would stay here again.
Back patio and canal. You can see fish and lizards back here all times of the day.

Second time in this exact unit. Does not disappoint. We love the location, access to our boat and the cute cottage feel. The secured/gated community provides a sense of security. The ability to launch the boat, store the trailer, and have dock/slip access all in spot is fantastic!

Only downside was I didn’t know I had to pay 125.00 registration fee at the check in office/ front gate. Love the experience besides that. The community overall was very nice. We enjoyed our stay the entire time. I would book this short term rental again if we revisited this location.

Sun and fun on the water

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay. The property is on the canal and had good fishing right from the dock area. We rented a kayak for our stay and enjoyed being able to get in and out in the property's "backyard". The inside was very comfortable and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely property in a safe location

We really enjoyed our stay. We hadn't stayed in Cudjoe Key before, but found that there was plenty to do and plenty of places to eat. We were disappointed that the ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work, and that it was a little farther than a 5 minute walk to the pool in the Venture Out community, but we had a great stay.

Beautiful Property, Beautiful location

We love Venture Out and have stayed there several times. This property was our favorite so far. Beautiful and well appointed, the perfect location if you have a boat with you. Canal is wide and close to the open water. The house is comfortable and super clean. We will definitely book here again!

Great water view unit!

The unit had every possible amenity you could possibly want. We loved sitting on the waterfront deck in the evenings and relaxing. There was plenty of linens including beach towels and the community pool was fantastic. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful Unit

Very nice Venture Out unit. Very clean, and nicely decorated. Very comfortable. Lobster is a nice touch, grandkids loved it. Will book this unit in the future.

Top Place close to KW

We really enjoyed it. The place is clean, top arranged and located 1*. It would have been nice if the owner would have advertised, that there is a resort fee (125$ for three nights). But that was the only bad surprise.

Lovely house

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. It’s very clean, fantastic view, easy access to Key west, awesome pool. The pool has the most amazing water temperature and the view from the pool is extraordinary. We will definitely come back soon! We felt very comfortable and safe at this house. The neighbors were very friendly! We appreciate everything about our stay, thank you for having us! It was definitely our home away from home.

The stay was very nice. There was an additional 100 dollar charge when we arrived for using Venture Out resort which I thought was excessive considering we paid for the stay

Enjoyable stay

This property was exactly what was advertised. We enjoyed the location by the canal and the park was very clean and well maintained. My only issue was with the lack of a couple of items, such as no paper towels, no dish washing liquid or soap. The coffee maker also needs to be replaced. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Venture out is a secure quite community with many amenities and only 20 minutes away from the lively Key West. It is a great location to enjoy all types of water activities as well as exploring the keys. Everyone is very nice and welcoming making staying there even a better experience.

What makes this property unique

The best benefit is having your docked boat right out back where you can jump in and take off to a day filled of fishing or exploring the Gulf or the Atlantic.
